I have been seeing Dr. Estill and Monica and they have both been amazing!! I came in with terrible pain and they worked with me and helped me. I eventually had to have it pulled and I was happily amazed at how quick and painless it was! I would highly recommend them!! :)

From check in, to check out, our family’s experience was absolutely amazing! I didn’t catch everyone’s name, but Stephanie, Jaye, Yolonda and Dr. Wong were some of the many servicing my large family. One thing I can say about this place is they are thorough, efficient, professional and just awesome. They will do everything within their ability to ensure you and your family receives the care needed. During our recent visit, Dr. Wong noted a tiny spot on my daughter’s film and immediately took action with obtaining additional imaging. Most would have brushed it off (and have), but that’s what makes Dr. Wong different, he wanted to just make sure nothing else was going on. Thank goodness he did, he discovered an issue that requires surgery and caught it just in time. He created a treatment plan, took the time to explain next steps to me in a manner that I could understand, and displayed so much patience as I asked several clarifying questions. He answered each one, taking the time to ensure I understood what was going on. This same patience was displayed by Jaye, who reviewed the insurance portion for the plan that was created. That is so hard to find these days. Everyone is so busy, moving so fast, trying to get to the next patient or task, but not here. They took the time to take care of me and my family from start to finish. I am so grateful for the entire team at this practice.

Yolanda was my hygienist and was very heavy handed- while measuring my gums she poked me repeatedly with the tool. Despite my saying “ow” and flinching there was no apology, and she continued. This also continued during the cleaning. It felt as though she was gauging my gums with the tool. Again, no apology despite my flinching and repeatedly voicing pain. She said “it’s been 5 years since your last cleaning, and your gums are inflamed, that’s why it hurts so bad and why they’re bleeding.” Or maybe because you’re stabbing them repeatedly with a sharp tool!
The dentist I saw was also very short and less than personable. This was by far the worst experience I have had with a dentist…ever. I have to go back next month for some additional work and will definitely be requesting someone other than her if she is my hygienist again.

They did their best to make me feel comfortable and at ease. And their dental work is excellent.

The team is always pleasant. Dr. Mule' has the best bedside manner. She is excellent in her profession. Personable and she understands me and I trust her.

Dr. Estell is amazing! I had a tooth extraction and the bone rebuilt! Never felt a thing! And his staff is so friendly....Angelinia had me so relaxed before things even got started! I highly recommend this practice!

I'm new to the area and I was nervous about finding a new dentist. I recently saw Dr. Wong to fill some cavities, and I was nervous about the side effects that local anesthesia typically have on me. Dr. Wong took the time to explain the reason for the dosage, and the difference in dosages depending on the area that will be worked on.
Dr. Wong and his assistant prepared me for each step of the cavity filling process, letting me know what feelings I should anticipate and keeping my nerves at ease. They were careful and conscientious. This is the first time I'm reviewing a dental office because of such a positive experience, and I hope that it helps any patients that are looking for a caring dentist.

Virginia Family Dentistry sets the standard of awesomeness for all Dental care!! The staff greeted me promptly upon my arrival and were super friendly! The waiting area was clean and orderly. My Hygienist came and got me at the appointment time and was very friendly! When the Dentist checked in on me she answered all my questions and totally put me at ease! Definitely recommended to all my friends and family!
