this Dental office (& my wife) for about 25 years and I highly recommend

My husband and I both had to change dentists after 25+/- years, and going to to a new dentist office after our history was hard to swallow. The front office was very organized, smiling, and treating everyone nice. I didn't wait too long for an assistant to get me. She made introductions and told me what was going on. I needed x-rays (and that is never pleasant). After that, the dentist came in and introduced herself. She said that she likes to check over a new patient' mouth so she can be familiar with it. She paid very close attention to everything in my mouth, compared to x-rays, and to previous records. She checked my gums, cleaned my teeth, and then the assistant polished and flossed. Made 6-month appointment. Quick and easy. Dr. Doss was very pleasant, and friendly, while maintaining professionalism. Good visit for both.

I am Very phobic about dentist. They have made me so comfortable in coming and always so welcoming and nice that I am able to go now without having panic. It is easy to get an appointment if you are having a problem. I LOVE LOVE my dental hygienist.

When I went to visit Virginia Family Dentistry Brandermill-Woodlake, I was terrified. I was recovering from one of the worst dentist experiences of my life (at a nearby competitor) and was truly panic-stricken. Dr. Wong and his assistant Amanda were exceptionally kind, patient, and gentle. I cannot say enough nice things about them. Everyone from the receptionist to the bookkeeper were professional and friendly. Holly explained the costs, provided options, and the bill ended up being much lower than I anticipated. I am a tough critic but this place blew me away. I would strongly recommend it.
I wanted to update my review. My mother recently went in and again received incredible service by Amanda and Dr Wong. Fantastic duo!

If I could rate this office a zero, I would. I called in to change an appointment a week in advance. Jae (a female) questioned me that since I wanted to change my appointment, would I show up for the changed appointment. I told Jae that her question was entirely unprofessional. Then Jae hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to a manager. I was told that the manager was not available. I was put into a voicemail box that had no greeting. I have never received a return call. I called back today and was told that the manager, Sharon, was at another office and not available. Really poor customer service. I will be finding another dental practice.
