My husband and children were patients, but I was not. 3 days before moving to FL I chipped a tooth. My dentist was closed for the day, so I called Virginia Family Dentistry. They accepted me as a new patient and scheduled me for a 6pm emergency appointment to fix my tooth the same day! The staff was friendly, professional, and caring. They took all precautions given the COVID-19 situation, and provided exceptional care. Within 30 minutes, my tooth was fixed and I was on my way. Thank you Virginia Family Dentistry!!! Now my smile is ready for my new home :)

I had a tooth emergency over this past weekend. My root canal had cracked and was full of infection. I was a walk in due to the circumstances. Dr Doss was the only one who could see me the earliest. As a Patient and someone who hates the Dentist i was already anxious to see a new Dr but i had no choice, my Dr was not seeing patients and i was in excrutiating pain. Dr Doss and her assistant were Angel 's from Heaven. I was crying in so much pain and being scared and Dr Doss literally wipes my tears. She comforted me and her assistant took such great care of me all while walking me through the whole plan to get my tooth out. It could not have gone better under the circumstances. Today i am in recovery and recieved a follow up call from Dr Doss making sure i was ok. She cared and i felt it. So thankful for her. She is an amazing Dr. Thank you to Dr Doss and her awesome Assistant!

Dr. Mule' and her very friendly and very competent assistants have taken care of our teeth since we moved here seven years ago. I have been going to dentists every six months since I had teeth, and have had many different dentists over my long life. Dr. Mule' is certainly among the best of them.

What a wonderful experience! Patient, caring, understanding all combined in this professional hygienist. I have a history of trauma from childhood involving a dentist and the staff. It took a long time to gain the trust of my dentist in Abingdon, VA and I was there for greater than 20 years. Just relocated here and was so nervous about finding someone. By far the best Dentist office ever. From the front desk, dental assistants to the dentists. They are all so caring, warm and inviting. Dr. Andy Estill is Amazing!!! I used to dread going to the dentist, and now with Dr Estill doing my work, I actually love going. He fixed my teeth, my smile, and my confidence. Thank you all!

My problem was handled very nicely. I had lost my crown the day before and they were able to do a crown prep even though I was only scheduled for a cleaning. In fact they did the cleaning, x-rays and crown prep in one sitting rather than making me return for another visit.
