Dr Tse is a terrific dentist. I have been to a couple of dentists in the short pump area and I felt that they try to oversell product and procedures. Dr Tse is not this kind of dentist, he is personable and professional. I couldn’t recommend him or his practice enough.

Dr. Tse and his staff are fantastic. I have bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist but Dr. Tse and his staff are very calm and reassuring. He made sure during each step of my procedure I was comfortable and not in pain. He and his staff truly care about his patients and their teeth. Thanks for all y'all do!!!!

Dr. Tse and his staff were amazing. They got me in VERY quickly and my fillings were done before I knew it. Maybe it was because they made me feel so comfortable I actually FELL ASLEEP during the procedure! I would recommend them to any of my friends and I look forward to coming back ( for cleanings of course - no more cavities! )! Thanks for everything!

Dr. Tse and his employees were wonderful from beginning to end. I had recently relocated to Virginia and was searching for a new dentist. Fortunately, I found Short Pump Family Dentistry (SPFD). I was nervous to go in, as it had been a while since my last dentist visit. The friendly and caring staff at SPFD put me at ease and allowed me to feel comfortable. The office itself looks brand new with the latest technology throughout. Dr. Tse did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth. He was gentle and explained what he was doing. A+ experience overall. I don't have insurance, but SPFD offers their own Healthy Smile, Healthy Life Program. So glad I found Short Pump Family Dentistry.

I first met Dr. Tse when he was working in fredericksburg. I have been sold on him since. My comfort is always his utmost concern, something I have never experienced at a dentist before. I now drive an hour to his office and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Great experience here at this place. Both wife and daughter also come here since they are very sensitive with their gum. Very friendly front desk and office. The dental hygienist is gentle but thorough. TV with Netflix on the ceiling for kids who are nervous.They even have in house insurance and take you on Saturday if it was necessary. Great Job Dr Tse .

Everyone was very friendly and nice. They made sure everything was wiped down and clean, the follows all guidelines for covid-19. Dr.Tse, was friendly and made me feel welcomed. Dr.Tse also talked me through everything he was going to do during my appointment. I highly recommend this office! Everyone there is just beyond wonderful!

Today I had my first dental cleaning/polishing at Short Pump Family Dentistry. I am normally a little uncomfortable at dentist offices but I was totally at ease with Dr. Tse and his staff. I have taken my daughter here previously for some extensive work to be done and she is difficult to work with but she left there very happy with her experience.
