FANTASTIC from beginning to end!! My 8 year old twins had a blast during their cleaning appointment. They loved Dr. Tse's sense of humor and gentle touch. The dentist is a place many fear, including me. After not having been to a dentist in over a decade, I was so happy to have followed a recommendation of a coworker to come here. They were positive, professional and friendly. I left feelin absolutely happy that I had finally gone to get these ol teeth cleaned! I've been Dr. Tse's patient for years. My entire family sees him. My kids have grown up with him as their dentist and the ones in the area still see him as adults. When we heard he was moving from his former practice in Fredericksburg, there was no hesitation about the decision on our part. We followed him to Richmond! He is personable, knowledgeable, willing to take the time to explain issues and the options to correct them. We hope to stay with him for many years to come.
Update 12/17:
I broke a tooth in the evening and called Dr. Tse's service. He called back within an hour and made the time the very next day to see me and repair my tooth.
This may be a normal thing for a lot of dentists, but what made this extraordinary was that the next day was a Friday. He doesn't normally have office hours on a Friday. He made the time for me. That extra effort is one of the things that makes him an excellent dentist.
