Dr. Tse and his staff are wonderful. Everyone in the office is as nice as can be. He does quick and efficient work. He gets you in and out of the chair painlessly, while answering all of your questions and addressing all of your needs. I especially appreciate that he doesn't try to push unnecessary cosmetic work on you. His office is very clean, and all of his equipment looks new and state-of-the-art.
He takes care of our whole family, from our littlest toddler to our pot-bellied Daddy. He can handle us all.

We are new to Short Pump area and were looking for a new dentist for us. I'm so glad we found him! My first visit to the office was great. I enjoyed talking with his assistant (forgot her name.) Dr Tse explained to me what I can expect on my first visit. He asked about my dental care history. He was gentle while cleaning my teeth. I walked away known my teeth are good for at least 6 months. I'm looking forward to Dr. Tse be my husband dentist as well.

First time here and I love this place! Dr. Tse and his staff are so nice and welcoming. I felt very comfortable. I came in to make an appointment and was very luck to get in on the same day due to a cancellation. Dr. Tse removed my wisdom tooth quick and efficiently. It’s been 4 hours since he took it out and I feel great! He’s awesome! The office is clean and modern. So happy I found them. Highly recommend! Thank you so much Dr. Tse and staff :)

This dental office is one of the cleanest in the central Virginia area. Dr. Tse is amazing! I came in to get a teeth cleaning and x-ray. I did not have to wait! This is a great sign of outstanding scheduling by his dental assistants. They were very friendly and made my first visit a memorable experience. The equipment they use is very new and up to date compared to other dentist offices in the city. I will be referring all of my colleagues for their oral care to Short Pump Family Dentistry.

This establishment is state of the art, clean and accommodating. There was a minor error in my scheduled appointment time. The staff were so friendly and apologetic; they remedied the situation in a professional manner. Your dentist is an integral part of your healthcare. With the being said, Dr. Tse's humble background and laid back personality makes him a memorable dental provider. Please visit these folks as they are phenomenal.

Alex and Dr. Tse were very nice and professional. I liked that Alex explained everything she was going to do before doing it. I also like that the office offers Netflix while you get your teeth cleaned. I live about 25 minutes from this place and will definitely return. Had a great experience here!
