Being new to a practice usually takes an adjustment period, but that was not the case with this practice. Have never met more personable and friendly staff! Everyone seemed so happy to be working and helping patients. The atmosphere was great and complimented the spotless and clean environment! Highly recommend.

I just went for my first cleaning and was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and kind the staff were. I found Short Pump Family Dentistry after a horrible experience with another practice. Dr. Tse and Alex were great, they explained things and took their time to make sure I was totally comfortable. From my kids to my husband, everyone looks forward to going to the dentist now!

After my first visit with Dr. Tse and his staff, I was so pleased that I talked 3 other family members into switching to this practice. That was almost 4 years ago, and I am still highly satisfied with the care and service we receive. Dr. Tse has an extremely gentle manner when cleaning and checking my teeth and gums. He also has taken the approach of “least invasive” care with my husband and a small cavity in a wisdom tooth. Basically he is keeping an eye on it and assessing each time whether it would be worth the pain & trouble to work on that tooth. So far the answer had been it isn’t really bad so let’s wait another 6 months. I appreciate him not rushing to a procedure that is perhaps not necessary.

Dr. Tse is absolutely amazing. Every time I come into visit, it's so evident he really cares for his patients and gets to know each and every one of them. All of his staff are just as amazing and I love the added bonus that there's a TV with Netflix hooked up in each room. I moved away from Short Pump area but I refuse to switch dentists because they are all so wonderful here. I definitely recommend!

I was looking for a new dentist and this office had great reviews and I see why. The front office staff was so nice and friendly. Doctor Tse is patient, friendly and put me at ease and addressed my concerns. My visit went well and I am definitely switching to this dentist for all my dental needs. Plus they offer Saturday appointments on ths first and third Saturday which is an added bonus.
Had my second visit today and everything went well. The check-in process is so smooth and I was greeted by name which was nice since I had only been there once before. The doctor explains the procedure and answers my questions. Very personable and very friendly. I love that they offer Saturday morning appointments. I highly recommend this office.

Everyone there is very nice and professional. They listened to the issues I was having with my teeth and worked to resolve them in the best and fastest way possible.
I recommend this practice highly. They are very concerned with make sure yup are comfortable throughout your visit.

I have high anxiety with dentists and was nervous to go in after not having seen one for far too long. However, this was probably the best dental visit I have ever had. The staff was super friendly and Dr. Tse made me feel so relaxed. I will definitely be returning!

The staff here is incredible. My family didn’t have the best dental experience prior to coming to Short Pump Family Dentistry. Dr. Tse and his team took us in like family and have treated us with kindness, respect, and love. We are well taken care of and never feel forgotten. They do everything to 110% and customer service is their specialty. I am so thankful that I truly enjoy going to the dentist now.

The entire staff is very kind and pleasant to deal with. I was on a call asap list if something because available and they reached out to me. I appreciate being able to get in asap. The receiptionist were very nice on the phone and in person. My dental hygienist was lovely and Dr. Tse was great, and I'm happy to finally have a new dental office. Thanks! I would definitely recommend this office.

I Seriously would recommend this dentist to anyone. The staff is phenomenal and so friendly. I always feel so welcome. They also work with you to get an appointment that fits your schedule. Not to mention I have never had to wait to be seen. I've stopped in once without an appointment to ask them something and they remembered my name when I walked in. I could not be happier with Dr. Tse and his amazing staff.
