Always a great experience. Everyone is super friendly, down to earth, and skilled. Facility is in a great location and is spotless with new looking equipment. They even have TVs with netflix that swivel above your head for your entertainment .

6/2018: Update from a previous review. My nine year old knocked his chin playing soccer (in his bedroom😳) and his bottom front permanent tooth was nearly knocked out on Sunday. I called Dr. Tse’s office and got him on his cell. He looked at some pictures of the tooth via text and decided it would be best to take immediate action. He met my son and I at his office on a Sunday evening and bonded the tooth back in place. We came in the next morning for x-rays to establish a baseline to monitor the health of the tooth. The extent of the injury will determine whether the tooth will be saved or need further action. But the potential for saving the tooth was made possible by Dr. Tse’s willingness to meet on a Sunday evening, within 60 minutes of the accident. There are no words I can put in a review like this that accurately describe the appreciation I have for Dr. Tse and the access to his craft on such short notice. Thank you doc!!
Dr. Tse and his team have a phenomenal office atmosphere and decour. Every time I have called for an appointment I can get into see them in 48 hours or less. My two kids, eight and five years old, enjoy their dentist visits as well. They can sit in the chair and get their teeth cleaned while watching Netflix on monitors mounted to the ceiling. They can also listen to the TV show or a great selection of music in each specific room. It is a warm and friendly environment with a great team of professionals. Everyone is so nice and engaging it makes a trip to the dentist feel like anything but. I highly recommend Short Pump Family Dentistry....especially for kids!!!

So friendly and professional. I love their office. It's modern and cozy. Sam gave me tips for flossing with me having braces which is a struggle. Can't wait to see them again.

I’m a single father of a middle schooler and a 4th grader, so let’s just say that I’m always juggling. The entire staff here was friendly, efficient and very professional. This was my first visit after having a bad experience at my previous dental office, I was very impressed. I’m definitely going to tell my friends and family about this place. Highly Recommend!!!!

Dr David was kind enough to fit me in for an emergency appointment. He will explain everything in clear terms and offer suggestions to alleviate any possible issues. I find the service charges very reasonable.
