He’s very personable, friendly, and explains his findings to you. The office staff is also super friendly and professional. I highly recommend this office and it’s at a great location!

This is our 6th year at SPFD. TEAM SPFD is very on top of scheduling and helping you thoroughly if you need to reschedule. When I arrive, I immediately get in the chair and they get to work. Mahiko, the hygienist, is extremely thorough and I absolutely love that (no wimps allowed.. but if you are, she is also very gentle). Dr Tse is very kind, patient with your questions/answers, and will show you something if you want to see it. He is willing to educate and is no non-sense with the information he gives you about your good habits AND opportunities for improvement. The last few times I have been here, I get out of the chair excited to to continue to prioritize my dental hygiene, and teach my 9 year old how it's done... Our little ones are watching! The Office staff are thorough communicators, organized, and have great energy. I really like their affordable non-insured dental plan, it is better than most insurance coverages I have encountered. Dr. Tse and the Short Pump Family Dentistry staff were incredibly welcoming and professional. Dr. Tse was very helpful with explaining my treatment plan. He didn’t talk over my head like most specialists do. I will definitely be coming back for all of my dental care needs.

Dr. Tse and his assistant were fantastic. I was told from another dentist that I needed more aggressive treatment and Dr. Tse saved me the trouble by explaining that I just need a good cleaning. He took x rays and did very well explaining the anatomy and findings from my visit. He is very friendly and has a great bedside manner. I highly recommend him and his practice. He got me in the following week for my cleaning and I didn't have to wait long at all compared to bigger offices where I feel like a number.

I went to Dr Tse as a new patient for a problem visit. I needed a second opinion. His staff and he were very nice. They were able to see me the next day and the staff was very professional and friendly. The Dental Assistant was beyond friendly from the moment we met. She explained in detail everything that she would do along with having a great conversation with me to ease my anxiety of a new office and problem visit. Dr. Tse spent a great amount of time with me explaining everything in detail.This is something I have never had a dentist in the past do.
This office exceeded my expectations and I will continue to see them along with my family. If your looking for a great dental practice that is small and family like this is the office for you.

The was a great experience establishing as a new patient to this dental practice! From the time I entered the office the staff was so friendly and welcoming, I immediately felt at ease. The office is modern, clean, and has a friendly, comfortable feel to it. Dr. Tse has an awesome bedside manner. He takes the time to discuss your dental history and any new findings. He answered all my questions and took the opportunity to really get to know me. I am so happy I found Dr. Tse! I would highly recommend him and his staff to everyone!

Dr Tse is such a genuine and honest dentist! I had an unpleasant experience at another dentist office with being pressured into a procedure I didn’t even need. I went back to see Dr Tse for a second opinion and was told that the procedure I was being pressured into doing was the most aggressive approach and that I didn’t even need anything done to begin with! So he just cleaned up and shaped my tooth, apologizing for the experience I had at the other office I visited and then he sent me home with no charge. I don’t know of any dentist that takes time out of his day to build trust with his patients and genuinely cares! He asks about my family every time I visit and after any procedure he will text you later in the day just to ask how your feeling!!! This is hands down the best dentist and staff I have ever been to!!

such a good place, you have to go!!! It’s been over six months since my wisdom teeth where removed. Today I went in for my scheduled cleaning and I was shocked again at the staff who remembered my name and my last visit 6 plus months ago. Honestly in today’s world customer service is a huge disappointment and or quality, well Short Pump Family Dental does a PERFECT job ensuring quality is there with customer service. When it comes to these individuals you are family, and that is why I will never go to any other dental office. If you haven’t gone here, or even if you are searching for a good dentist and have doubts, give these guys and gals a shot.!
