Everyone in the office is exceptionally genuine and caring. I have been seeing Dr Tse and he is by far the best dental professional I have ever been to. Even after he moved from Fredericksburg to Richmond I followed him and I will be making the 1 hour trip even for my kids. It is so hard to find a good dental care, let alone great, but Dr. Tse and his staff are probably the best team you will ever meet.... Who knew that one can feel this excited about going to a dentist ?

BEST DENTIST AND staff in Richmond! I had to get 4 fillings filled and Dr.Tse did a faaaaaaabulous job! I've been though quite a few dentists and he executed perfectly. He was gentle throughout the process and the finish was PERFECT. Normally other dentists do a poor job smoothing and rounding out fillings especially since I have my wisdom teeth but it was no obstacle here. He worked fast and efficiently (I wanted all 4 done at once). I felt like I had brand new teeth after!
The staff is also EXCELLENT with my 2 and 3 year old toddlers. TVs on the ceiling helped distract the 3 yr old and he watched his favorite Tayo cartoon during cleaning. When he was anxious they allowed him to lay on top of me to ease his nerves and finished the cleaning.
It was a great experience here, highly recommend to anyone looking for a new HONEST dentist who is actually skilled with his craftsmanship. (I have been to dentists who say I have cavities when I do not after seeking second opinion!)
Dr.Tse and his friendly staff feel like family when we go there and I trust my entire family's dental work in their care.
