Have been visiting shortpump family dentistry for more than a year now and I went there multiple times for different reasons and their service has always been amazing. Every one of them are very nice, respectful. They have a very welcoming approach. I love shortpump family dentistry and I appreciate each and everyone in there.
It was my first visit at this dentistry and my experience was above and beyond! It began with the very polite front office who treated me very nicely. Then came the hygienist Shwanda (i think I am not wrong with her name), she is very disciplined and professional. She was very nice to me, she took all the x-rays and cleaned my teeth very thoroughly. At the end came Dr. Tse, he checked on all my teeth, my x rays and clearly explained everything to me and gave me another appointment. He has an excellent manner and he is very detailed in explaining everything. Overall, I had amazing experience and highly recommend short pump family dentistry.

My appointment was scheduled months in advance and was canceled two days before. Terrible service and I am highly frustrated given that I never asked for my services to be canceled. I will also be reviewing my rights with respects to HIPAA since the organization has decided to reply with their perspective on aspects to my care.
