Always enjoy Dr. Flores, she has great bedside manner. The hygienist who did my cleaning though is a different story. One would think that me pulling away from her multiple times would give her a clue that she is HURTING me. But yet she continues. While at the same time, holding conversations with other employees in the hall. While her hands are in my mouth.... unprofessional.

From the moment you walk in the office you are impressed. The office is gorgeous, has a fabulous location, the staff is super friendly and greets you with a smile. Dr. Springmann and Dr Hasham are so genuine and explain everything to you in a way you actually understand. Their assistants are knowledgeable and answered most of my questions, in which I had ALOT. The Hygienists are friendly, fast but efficient. They understand that we don't want to spend the afternoon in a dental chair. BEST treatment I have received in a VERY long time!
