Dr Springman and Dr Hashem are polite and knowledgeable. The hygienist are kind, patient, gentle and informative. The assistants are professional and skilled. The front office is so warm and friendly and helpful. I could not ask for a better office to call MY dental office!! I know my family is in great hands!

I was having serious pain, called the office and was told to come in. I arrived at 4:30 and was seen immediately. The recommendation was to see an endodontist and they called and set my appointment for the next day. I cant say this is extraordinary...its simply how they care for their patients.

My family and I have been going to New Town Dental Arts since it opened and, specifically been seeing Dr. Springmann for over a decade now for dental care (before New Town was even around...I am now 22 and she has been caring for my teeth since I was 7 years old!). In that time I have had cavities, Invisalign, and up until this past weekend I've been told my smile is perfect. I go to college in South Carolina and fractured a tooth Sunday evening, almost half my front tooth chipped off. My mom called Monday morning and the office fit me in for an emergency appointment Tuesday morning to have it fixed. I made the drive back Monday, was in and out of the office within an hour or so Tuesday morning and back in Charleston by Tuesday night. Not only is chip completely not noticeable and the repair is a perfect match, but overall the experience is amazing at New Town because the whole team is phenomenal. They get to know their patients and actually care about making the experience as painless as possible (literally and figuratively)! Many people asked why I didn't get my tooth fixed in Charleston, they have perfectly good dentists and doctors and I would've saved myself from a 7 hour drive there and back. And to everyone who has asked I have said the same thing: I wouldn't trust anyone else with my teeth and I would recommend New Town Dental Arts to anyone in a heartbeat -- and I've felt that way for over 10 years now!
