I wondered if you might have been short-staffed on Monday, the 22nd. I was in a chair for at least 45 minutes before the cleaning started. I expected the first visit to be a long one but did not expect the delay. Otherwise I was pleased with the thoroughness of the cleaning and examination.

I got to the office at 2 pm to fill out paperwork which was earlier than asked. My appointment was at 2:30. Other people were taken at 2:30 and I just sat there. At 2:45, I went to the front desk and asked what was going on.
They said they still needed to flip the room. As a paying out of pocket customer, to have a cleaning and exam without x rays cost $236, I think they could at least run on time or at least consider being more mindful of customers waiting. Extremely unprofessional. I left without services. Don’t bother wasting your time or money at this unprofessional place.
