This place is fantastic! I chose this place based on a phone call for information. I travelled 1 hour rather then chose a closer dentist. New Town made me comfortable from the moment I walked in to when I left. At no point did I feel pressured. I was brought in to an exam room 30 minutes early! Yes I said early!!!! My nurse/asst Sam was friendly, informative and professional. My doctor, Dr Flores, was very good about assessing my situation and offered a Pan scan as well as a free consult with a specialist, Dr Niver! They both had suggestions on how we could proceed. I was provided with a detailed estimate and the manager said she would call my insurance company to solidify the prices I was given. Again at no point did I feel pressured. They offered to speak with my former dentist as well as my oral surgeon. The best part of this experience is it was for FREE! This team is first class and well worth the drive! THANK YOU NEW TOWN STAFF

I loved that everything that was being done was explained clearly as well as the reason for the process or procedure. I had taken a respite from my DDS appt since Covid. Before that I was a constant every 6 mo check. I called with a cracked veneer… had to wait 30 days to see Dr Springman and had told them I had a veneer that had come partially off. This was going to be a ~$18,000 repair to redo all 6 facings at once. Went in for “consult” and was told I needed total mouth X-rays b4 seeing DDS. So no problem. Was told I would owe $55 after X-rays. Then after all this they told me the DDS I was there to see was no longer there!!! I asked if new DDS had done veneers and response was “I’ve never seen any veneers done”.,. We’ll out the door I flew!

I have never met a more wonderful staff. Jordan and Dr. Saleem are just the best to work with. After being apprehensive going to the dentist for well over 40 years, I can finally say I enjoy going to a dentist appointment. And I actually have a good looking and feeling good set of teeth.
