I've been a patient here for several years and every time I go in for a routine cleaning I have billing issues. The most recent appointment I was told it was time to update my x-rays, however some dental insurances do not cover this. I asked if they could check to see if my insurance covered it. The dental assistant came back and told me they did cover it, so I had the x-rays taken. Yesterday, I got a bill for the x-rays stating that I owed $70+. When I called they told me that my insurance only covered 70% of the x-rays so technically they cover it. I feel mislead because they did not tell me this at time of service or even that there might be a portion not covered. I feel this dental practice is not completely forthcoming. I will not go back and I would not recommend anyone to go here.

I LOVE my dentist! Dr. Springman is my dental goddess and my friend! She has encouraged me beyond just "teeth". She has helped me when I needed root canals, fillings, caps, you name it. But also the invisalign thing was one of the best investments I ever have made in my dental health AND APPEARANCE. I highly recommend this group and from the one review that said they "cracked their tooth" all I have to say is "stuff" happens and it could be they SAVED your tooth after it cracked. I know that when you start fixing things sometimes things that were about to break...break. True in life and in teeth. :)

I went there yesterday for a 3:30 appointment and was there 15 minutes before and another customer came in after me and they took him before me. I was taken to the back only to have my teeth polished and waiting for the hygienist for over an hour and finally got up and left. They were unprofessional, It was total waste of time and I am never going back there again.
