She understood that the aesthetic result of my procedure was extremely important to me and took extra time to ensure the outcome was what I envisioned. Wait times in the office were rarely more than 5-10 minutes, and it was never difficult to get an appointment. Terrific work and terrific people! You can't beat their quality of dental work here in Williamsburg, but it is really the people who deserve my five stars. I had a a dental emergency with an old cap, and they got me into their already busy schedule the very next day. Fixed the problem in less than 20 minutes.

Our entire family has been going to New Town Dental Arts for a few years now and we have always had the most wonderful care from every staff member. This week I had a cleaning scheduled and forgot about it :( I called immediately and the office scheduled me the same day. Lucky me! Dr. Thompson did my cleaning himself (which is highly unusual) and what a great experience it was. I have NEVER been so relaxed. I have always had high anxiety about going to the dentist but he was so gentle and professional that I scheduled a filling that I had been putting off for a year for the very next day with him. Again it was such a great experience that I plan on having an implant done with him as soon as the office is ready to perform the procedure. I would also like to mention that Summer was an excellent hygienist and took great care of me, even offering me a pillow for my back after she noticed I was rubbing it walking into the exam room :)
