I have been seen by Dr. Springmann for the past 6 years. I have received nothing but caring and quality service from her. It is apparent she is using the most recent technology and practices to best serve her patients.
I have also been seen by a hygienist, Ellen. It took me a few visits to find a hygienist that I meshed well with, but once I found Ellen I knew I was in good hands. Ellen uses a gentle approach when concerning problem areas and never once made me feel like I was doing a poor job with my dental care. She was always encouraging with suggesting new, better practices and understanding that it is often hard to create new habits. She never gave up on trying to improve my dental care procedures.

Dr. Sebastiana Springmann and her technician, Jennie, did an outstanding job of replacing three cracked crowns recently, and she also corrected my crooked gum line using a laser. Throughout the experience, Dr. Springmann and her staff were amazing. The entire time she and Jennie were in the room, I knew I was surrounded by brilliance. What an amazing care giver. Her emphasis is on "care." Dr. Springmann is a compassionate, professional, knowledgeable dentist. To top it off, the entire process was completed in a week, and results are perfection. I'd highly recommend New Town Dental Arts.
