My family and I have been patients of Dr Springman for a number of years. We are always happy with her results and friendly chair-side manner. The office is very professional. The only variable is the particular dental hygienist you see. Today, I was seen by hygienist "Charlotte". She was outstanding! Knowledgeable, courteous, and on top of her game. She was quick, efficient and explained each step. A great visit, thanks to "Charlotte" and Dr Springman.

As always, a very professional experience. Charlotte led a comprehensive review and cleaning of my teeth. Dr. Flores was gracious and reassuring in her evaluation. Check-in and check-out was handled professionally. A great experience.

Today I had the opportunity to meet a few of the friendly, professional people at New Town Dental Arts. We recently moved to VA, so we needed to find a new dentist. This practice is state of the art, and I was very impressed. Dr Springmann and Kayla were terrific, and so helpful and informative. I loved my dentist in NJ, but today I felt like I climbed out from under a rock and found a whole new, advanced world of dentistry!!! I am so happy to have found you, and will be sending my husband in soon. Thank you Dr. Springmann and Kayla.

The staff is very professional and courteous. The practice also works very hard to keep up with the latest technology. We’ve been with the practice for a number of years and are very satisfied.

Everyone I have had contact with at this practice has been knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They do their best to make you feel at ease. I have dental phobia, so my body states in a tense state until ai am out of the chair. The fact that I am religious about going to the dentist several times a year is testament to how well they treat me.

My negative experience has several dimensions:
1. I was overcharged with my first bill. My bill referenced a “balance forward” in the amount of $102. When I objected, it was taken care of. But it took several phone calls and two personal visits! Now I have the same problem with my current bill. This time the balance forward is $ 213. Today when I raised this issue in the office, the bill was reduced by $40! But because I have lost trust in their billing system, I have to further investigate with the insurance company and review my credit card statements. Please investigate your bill before paying!
2. A big portion of my “in-office whitening” (Philips Zoom!) was done by a trainee. She was completely clueless about the procedure. For instance, she advised me to use the patient Post Care and Maintenance kit in a week! Totally wrong information.
3. At every visit, I had to wait about 20 to 35 minutes. Today it was 33 minutes for a practically 3 min procedure. When I registered my complaint, they said they schedule patients for 40min appointments, so there is nothing to complain about.

I have been thoroughly impressed by all aspects of this organization. Bridgette did my checkup and cleaning today, and she was amazing. Both thorough, and fast, I was in and out in under an hour total. Couldn't ask for better.

Kay Power

Everyone was very kind and professional. I will be recommending them to family members.

I had 4 fillings put in to upper teeth. The dentist

Caused a lot of pain in my lips by pulling the mouth

To the right and left sides. The lips were very dry and

Cracking during this procedure causing me to show

My pain and discomfort. In the future I must prepare

For this discomfort by using a lot of lip balm and

Hoping the dentist will know to be more careful when

Pulling on the sides of my mouth.
