I have been with this practice for over 10 years. Dr. Springman was the owner up to 2 years ago. She was a fantastic dentist and I would give her practice a 5 rating. No longer is this true. The staff, hygentist and periodontist are very good.

My experience with New Town Dental was a good one. Addy and Charlotte was so amazing and welcoming. They were extremely patient and kind to me knowing I was nervous. They educated me as they did what they needed to do. Very sweet ladies. When I return, I will request to work with them. Dr. Saleem was also very welcoming and friendly. She also educated me on some information. My overall experience was 👍 👍 👍 👍 👍.

I can’t say anything but good things about my experience here. Over the past couple years I’ve had a lot of work done to my teeth mostly including multiple cavity fillings. Consistently Dr. Flores and the staff have been very professional, quick, and thorough. In the past I’ve had terrible experiences with dentists which prevented me from going to the dentist for years. But this place has made me no longer fear the dentist (as much haha). While you’d expect some pain when you have to have a cavity filled, I experienced almost none including the initial numbing shot which is awesome. They also made me as comfortable as I could be and asked questions throughout the procedure to make sure I was comfortable. Not to mention the place is very clean and it has a very nice environment. I highly recommend New Town Dental Arts.

Very nice friendly staff and Dr Flores was great! I’m only disappointed in the fact that I have to wait till August to get a comprehensive exam and work started. I have sensitivity and trouble when eating and a lot of missing teeth and I was hoping to get things rolling a lot sooner! I had made a appointment with another dental clinic in January for a appointment which their soonest then was April, But Because I got into Newtown Dental Arts so much sooner and they are a Liberty Dental provider I cancelled that other appt. Now I find out I am having to wait almost 4 more months to get my dental issues started and worked on! 🤦🏼♀️ Oi vay

I have seen many dentist, and until today have always been nervous about seeing the dentist. This office has been by far the best one I have ever been to. The dental hygienist was so thorough and communicated everything she was examining. Dr Flores is so kind and very thorough with her exam. She explained everything on the X-rays along with answering any questions I had. I cannot say enough amazing things about this office from the front desk to the Drs. Thank you so much! I now look forward to my dental appointments!
