My kid’s teeth looked infected because the gums were swollen so I took her here. It was on a Wednesday, we were new patients and we did not have an appointment. The sign at the door says they open at 9am but when I pulled to the parking lot at around 8:15am, I notice a bunch of people waiting in their cars near the front door. I later found out parking is bad. I explained to a very nice lady at the front desk our situation and she was very communicative and provided details. I filled out the paperwork and an 1 hour my kid and I walked in, got x-rays done and was sitting in the exam room. They were very busy and had lots of staff present. They even took the time to explain what my insurance covers in a separate office. I liked that because it was a private conversation. The only constructive feedback is that Dr. Lee seemed to be rushing through the exam. She said that my kid had a loose tooth, when my kid was telling her it was two. I explained this to the assistant, who then asked Dr. Lee to come back to the room to check. Dr. Lee apologized but the service she provided seemed impersonal and rushed. I asked if she has an infection and no one was able to tell me. Overall an OK visit.

Only 1 receptionist actually got up to check what was happening she was great. She had red hair and was really nice. I waited 3 hours for them to tell me that I do need a root canal, which I already knew, and I have to wait for my insurance to approve it and I would have to come back. The other receptionists there did not help at all. I kept being told that I would be called “very soon” my appointment was at 11am I arrived at 10:45am and waited until 1:45 for an answer as to why it was taking so long. Terrible experience with the exception of this red headed receptionist who was kind enough to check what was happening. But undoubtedly the WORST experience in a dental office I have EVER had. Just completely terrible. If I had the option to put no stars I would choose that.

Got referral here for wisdom teeth extraction, made a consultation appointment of details about the wisdom teeth, they took it as general appointment, and refused to give out X-ray for my teeth. Make another appointment for oral surgeon, arrived on time, waited for half an hour and was told the dentist is running one and a half hour late. When request to know the result of X-ray, they just said I should have received the details on last appointment. First time commenting on dental, disappointing👎and just wanna give 0 star, don’t go unless this is the only option

My son's appointment was at 10 am. We checked in and was told to wait for paperwork. It took 30 minutes to get the paper work and an additional hour and 15 minutes for them to call my son. While I stayed in the waiting room, they kept calling his name and I kept telling them he was already inside. There was another patient with the same first name in the waiting room waiting to be called. Maybe double checking names and making sure they have the correct should be a priority as well. This is not the first time I've had to wait this long for my son to get his services. It shouldn't take 30 minutes for paperwork to be printed and an hour to be called in to be seen.

My cleaning was rushed, I was poslished before my cleaning. Cleaning was 3 minutes long, and no tools were used besides water. I was never flossed and this has never been anything I’ve experienced in all the years I’ve had a cleaning. Just didn’t feel right. After my cleanings I can see space between my teeth where the plaque was. I still see plaque in between my teeth. My insurance company has tried endlessly to speak with your office on provide the correct code to bill so my gum irrigation can be covered but your office refused to bill the code and are adamant about me paying $150 instead of billing correctly. There’s an issue with your office not using up to date codes approved by the American Dental Association. Office staff in the front and X-ray techs were wonderful. Im not sure why you have the Dentist doing the cleanings instead of the dental hygienist. Times are hard for everyone and I’m sure the same goes for this clinic as well. But to force me to pay for services that I need when it’s covered by my insurance provider is injustice. Had to find another dental clinic because this one has lost my trust. New dental office had no issues with billing the correct code for my gum irrigation. I even had to book another cleaning because after my evaluation there was evidence my cleaning was not done correctly and large amount of plaque was found. I’m glad I went in for a second opinion because I just knew your staff did not clean my teeth correctly. Had to fill a complaint because of how I felt. I still feel uneasy about today and how wasteful of a day I experienced. I hope this lands in a place where a change can be made. If I felt this way I’m sure many others feel the same as well. Thanks for asking for my review. Take care. Bless.

I had a 12 PM appointment, but did not see someone until 1:45 and then the communication was exceptionally poor. I am visiting from Florida and needed relief from a tooth ache I am suffering from. I was seen by a dentist, who told me that I needed a root canal, a post and a crown. Then the dr left the room and I sat in the chair for 30 minutes before someone came back. I said that there was a problem because, they were not addressing my concerns.

Finally, the office manager came in I explained to her and she said OK we will give you some antibiotics.

My question is why wasn’t done in 15 or 20 minutes?

Overall I would give this location 3 stars. The dentist have been amazing in my experiences very general and understanding of my anxiety. However front of the house is a different story medication is often forgotten resulting in me being in pain for 3+ days after oral surgery. I’ve also witnessed this for several other patients. Hope they fix this common issue.

SO SLOW, we had an appointment at 12 and showed up EARLY at 11:30 am. Waited over an hour till we got tired of waiting and asked. Could not give us a valid reason as to why we were waiting so long. We were not the only ones waiting this long, so unprofessional wasting peoples time. Don’t do appointments if you can’t keep them.

The receptionist or Medical personel who call me to give an Appointment lie to me she told me that all the left side deep cleaning was aproved by dentical. Then when I was in the clinic over there they told me the opposite. It was very very rude they told me if you want the deep clinning of the left side you have to pay 100 dollars. Please please instruct the worker from west coast Dental Do Not to lie to patients. I went there for nothing and I have anorher things to do. Really bad service there.

You can improve service by firing Alejandra and the dentist Dr.Lee. They were so rude to me and my son. Both, acted in a discriminatory way toward my autistic son and when I tried to tell them that my son had a disability they both rudely attacked me verbally with slurs such as “Wow” and hateful staring especially from. The dentist. Me an my son grew very uncomfortable as I had to request a different dentist. His name was Sam, he was awesome. The entire staff besides those two employees that I named were awesome. It is sad that we live in a time where people don’t respect customers with disability, especially children instead they make the parents feel bad for their children having a disability. It really makes me want to stop attending this. Ms. Sonya is also a wonderful staff member who has always treated me well on my visits.
