My experience was really bad, their service it’s always bad . I was bleeding 🩸 from my mouth and I requested tissue paper and they gave me the one to dry their hands. Has to go to my car to get some tissue . The 1st time they gave me my estimate they told me told me it’s $$12,000,00 with no explanation. Until I asked what are the charges . These is the 3rd time I being their and I can not wait to change of location. I just don’t like your service .

I had all four of my wisdom teeth extracted from West Coast dental they were always fast. I was in and out and I had no worries once I left I would definitely recommend West Coast dental if you're needing to get your wisdom teeth extracted.

I'm filling this out as I sit outside the office in 80 degree weather. I've been here for 2 hours, showing up half an hour early to my appointment to fill out new patient paperwork. I was told to wait outside due to social distancing, but once again, it is 2 hours later and I haven't been seen at all.

I just received two text messages asking for my feedback on the office... the office I still haven't been seen in.

How are you sending me text messages asking about my experiencing when I never even got to have one? Lol so here you go, the experience was terrible.

Thanks for the tan and wasting my time.

Check in person was gruff and abrupt. There was a long wait, I was seen over an hour after my appointment. Due to Covid, chairs were placed outside in the sun so people kept moving them into the small patches of shade, creating an unsafe distance between people waiting and no one was monitoring social distancing. Once inside, I saw an empty chair in the lobby and 2 more in the inner room which means the elderly gentleman with the cane and the woman with the young daughter could have waited in air conditioning instead of full sun. I was quoted one price over the phone but told it would be $200 more once I got there and not given any other options, basically rushed out after waiting so long to see someone. What this place could really use is human empathy. It felt like a meat packing factory line for profit. I highly discouraged both of my friends who were hoping to visit after I reported back. This was a sad and unfortunate experience being that I was excited to give this office a chance.

Expect long waits and subpar communication. I came in expecting to get a filling done but was met with news that I needed a crown, and that it would be $1k, with no discussion of it at all from the dentist. I got the impression that their main priority is profit. I ended up waiting for an hour for no reason at all but to leave and look for another dental office for consultation.

It is a shame, the staff is friendly and I really wanted to like this office. However the lack of proper communication and longer than average wait times make it difficult to want to come back.

I have taken my son twice to get his teeth cleaned and both times they have told me he needs some other treatment that has NOTHING to do with what I take him in for. Also all the want is $ but don't treat the patients correctly.

Very disorganized office. My appointment was at 11am and my cleaning didn’t start until 1:15pm. And zero communication about delay or expected time to be seen. When I finally got put in a room 4 different people came into the room doing different things or trying to upsell me on cleaning services not covered by insurance before someone actually started the cleaning.

Office Manager was rude when I was trying to get checked in.

Was reading an article about bad dentists and was suggested two of the services they mentioned on the article as just trying to suggest extra procedures.

The lady at the front desk was cool, the dentist and his assistant were both dismissive. Waited a long time to be told they needed to request approval which could take a few weeks.

Wait times here are extremely long even with an appointment. My mom recently went in for an appointment and the receptionist made her wait before giving her the forms to fill out. They allowed many others to go before her before finally giving her the forms to fill out. She waited over an hour before we had enough. Needless to say, our family will be going to a dentistry that respects appointments.

Reading the comments, it seems this is a big problem here. If you are looking for dentistry that respects your time, I’d say that this is not the place.

I also had a terrible experience at this place. The doctors are rude and the office manager is the worst. I did however, have a good experience with one of the receptionists and the dental assistants who tried to help me with my questions even after being rudely pressured by office manager to leave the room and stop answering my questions. By far the worst person in this place is their office manager.
