Slow and over crowded. I arrived on time for my a scheduled appointment and still had to wait over hour and half. I'm writing this review and still haven't been seen. I'm definitely never coming back.

Very poor dentist people behind the desk rude talk about patients while they sit in the front at intake... I kept asking questions so she says XVI wait till the end after everything so she can review all my results 2 hrs later the insurance lady starts telling me about getting teeth pulled that the dentist didn't even know I wanted all on 4s funny thing after all of that they didn't even do the procedure i wanted there. All because she didn't want to take the time to listen to the reason I was there she just figured that's what the imaging was for i guess ...

If it wasn’t for the fact that I’ve been taking my sons here for the past 15y than I would think twice about coming here. It’s always a 1 1/2 hr wait, even thought I get there 30min early. I always tried to make same day appointments for my all my boys that way it’s not so bad the wait. I don’t understand why the booked so many people at the same day and TIME. Also Ortho is only on Thursdays so yes expect the wait longer.

Me and my Family have been patients at this location going on 3 years and I can honestly say that the girls in the front make you feel welcome. The Drs truly care for their patients. I understand there are crazy days and still have the same attention.

Avoid this place at all cost! I made an appointment for my son over the phone and was told to show up in an hour. I got there 10 minutes before the appointment and filled up all forms within 15 minutes then got charged the 59$ for the “consultation “ before even being seen. We got called inside after almost 2 hrs of just waiting just to be told by the general dentist that she couldn’t see our son and had to make an appointment for the children specialist that showed up on Wednesdays and other specific days ( we were there on Monday) so they just made me waist time and money just to be told they couldn’t even see my son that same day. Take ur business elsewhere

Customer Serive and Office Visit Experience
I am writing this review so that people can have a different perspective of the place when trying to make a decision about visiting this or any other dental office. I think reviews always help but sometimes some reviews also discourage us from even visiting a place. I've had good, bad and extremely bad experiences with dentist and dental offices. It is scary! However, I needed be evaluated and eventually receive treatment, so I decided to give them a try.

The front office staff extremely nice. They make you feel so welcome. I saw Dr. Lee who told me that she has been a dentist for 14 years. She was very straightforward and explained things clearly. She asked if I had questions, and answered the questions I had. I am not rating the work because no work was done. Wait time was OK (1.5 hrs). Again, no work done but due to covid and paperwork for being a new patient I consider it ok. I like their social distance procedure. You check in and then do paperwork outside and wait outside. Later, someone comes and calls patients one by one. I didn't see too many people during my appt time. I had read other reviews and was a little concern before going here. Again, I am rating customer service, to me is excellent. Prices, my quote was high but I don't really know if this is a general price for the kind of work I need. I think it's a matter of knowing your prices and the material they'll be using for the work recommended. My dental insurance covers some of the work I was recommended but I was told they don't do the brand or quality covered by my insurance. I think this is acceptable, they simply don't do it and I have the option to go elsewhere or pay what they charge if I want to be serviced by them. Appt. scheduling was fast to me. I had a next day appt. So, overall my first visit was a good experience. Just be informed before you visit the place, have a plan in place when you visit a dental office. I know, a little hard to have a plan in place when one is in pain, I've been there too.

Remember, this review is for their customer service and office visit experience. I'll write a review if I decide to be serviced by them. Good luck and God bless you all.

When I first made this appointment I was told that there a pediatric dentist but when I got there they put my 10 months child with a regular dentist till I asked why. Appointment was at 4:00 did get inside till 4:50. And then the dentist but told us that my daughter doesn’t really have teeth so her assistant would help us. Daughter has 8 teeth. They left us in the room for 30 more mins so I went out to look and her assistant didn’t even want to clean my daughters teeth like come on what is the appointment for if not to get accurate information and for a cleaning

My appointment was scheduled 9am. I was on time and lead to the treatment room at 9:15. At this point was OK but, after that, waited 50 min for see the doctor.
Also, price of their costs are ridiculously high.

Additionally, I had root clean and I am not sure that it's only west coast way but after the job was done. usually other dentist were let me Clean the mouth immediately but this doctor didn't so I had go to rest room and clean my mouth which I had all the blood and other things that was in my mouth. I don't really recommend this office at all and I will change the office definitely.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST.
My wife and I went here, and both got a huge bill without an explanation (the staff did not gave my wife a quote) or with a weird extra item.

One staff was horribly ignorant and refused to share itemized quote.

Another staff was better in terms of attitude, but the quote included "prep" items on top of whatever procedure that I have, and it does not have a code so cannot be covered by the insurance, so in essence I had to pay double of my copayment. Another scam was to charge 3+ surf inlay for a 1 surface procedure, so they could get more money. I found this out only because I did not get treatment here and went on to get a second opinion from another dentist.

All they want is to unfairly get more money from you by multiple dishonest schemes.

---- UPDATE ----
My wife eventually went to another place.
The price went down from $4,000 (from this clinic) to $540 (from another clinic). With one more treatment.

The other place told her that crowns are not necessary (which were told necessary from this place), root canal is not necessary (again...), and the one that this place told her it's fine (she had a pain) turns out to have a cavity.

Of course opinions can vary, and since this place did not sent her an itemized quote (we waited for > 2 months with > 3 phone calls), we can't exactly compare what happened to that $4,000 quote. But from our experience tells us that this place not only charges more but also does poor job in diagnosis.

We wasted about 5 months in finding an honest dental clinic (with HMO) in LA. Hope our experience helps others too.
