I’ve been going for over a month for the same issue! Everytime I go, they say something else is wrong and charge me, FORGETTING WHAT I ORGINALLY CAME FOR. They still have yet to fix my initial problem. Everytime I go they forget what I’m there for and the doctor who is supposed to work on my mouth isnt there, forcing me to reschedule. It’s time consuming, money being spent on miscellaneous things instead of the REAL PROBLEM, and they are money hungry. I hope they fix this issue today because THIS WILL BE THE LAST THIS DENTAL OFFICE TAKES MY MONEY and leaves me with the problem still there. They are unorganized and QUICK to charge you! I really wish I would have never came here in the first place! Bad service! I am really UNHAPPY with the service I have been recovering.

i did not like how i was examined. I felt rushed the whole time and very insensitive treatment towards the possible cost of the procedure. I was examined by dentist and specialist. Both could not provide me any re assurance of what was needed. The person who handled the finance portion was too pressuring. When i decided to get fillers re done on 4 teeth, i came out with more pain than i had initially arrived with. After a week of procedure, I'm still feeling pain.

I was talked into getting braces for my 11yr old , 1 week later 3 of the metal brackets came off her teeth, is that normal, she has not ate anything hard , she ,,,,$4000, for braces not done correctly, I never got my contract for the braces, me and my daughter have been treated poorly, the staff keeps referring to my daughter as a boy, saying him and he, total disrespect,, they have security, because they are being unfair, respect people

My money was taken for 2 pictures, not 18! Waited and waisted 3 hours!

Was pay or leave! Didn't like how I was spoken too! Degrading in front other patience!

Dentist are great and staff is friendly. Their treatment coordinator on the other hand only seems to care about the money. No effort is made into helping get treatment going. All she cares about it getting the maximum out of pocket cost from you and maxing out the insurance benefits.

Warning: These people will trick you into paying for overpriced procedures.
Yesterday, I made an appointment for my grandmother to get her a dental cleaning and to get her molar checkout because she was experiencing numbness around the molar. I dropped her off and about an hour and a half, I came back to pick her up. After waiting for a few minutes in the waiting area, they called me in because they wanted to explain to me the plan they had come up to fix my grandmother's teeth. This woman tells me that they recommend getting a new upper denture, molar extraction, a crown, a bridge, and a partial lower denture. She casually tells me that the whole procedure would cost me about $7,000 because none of it was covered by Medicare or Medical. The whole time, I noticed that this woman was very nervous and fidgety. My grandmother told them that she was not OK with any procedure that was not covered by Medicare or Medical. After my grandmother told this woman again that she was not OK with paying out-pocket, this woman says that she was going to send a request to Medicare or Medical to see if they covered any of the procedures. That is when I knew she was trying to rip me off out of thousands of dollars because all of a sudden, the procedure could possibly be covered by my grandmother's insurance. Shortly after, we left and once we got home, my grandmother told me that they did not clean her teeth because they quickly looked at her teeth and left her in the room for over an hour. I was so furious that I called them to ask them why they did not clean her teeth when I had made an appointment for that same reason. The woman that answered, I believe her name was Veronica, is giggling as if I was telling her something funny, and then she transfers me to the woman who tried to trick me into paying thousands of dollars. I asked her what her name was, and she told me that her name was Cici or Gigy Balbino. I asked her, "Why were my grandmother's teeth not clean when I made an appointment for a dental cleaning and a dental checkup? All you did was expose us to the coronavirus because you did nothing on her." She quickly hung up. Afterward, I found out that most of those procedures are covered by Medicare or Medical. So, do yourself a favor and do not come here. You are either going to have them performing unnecessary work on your teeth or they are going to rip you off into paying for overpriced procedures because they only care about making money at your expense.

Friendly and efficient staff. In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, they are maintaining a clean facility. Even though the office was extremely busy when I was there, clients maintained social distance (waiting room outdoors) and staff members were continually cleaning.

The front office is extremely profession and polite. The X-ray tech was amazing and professional! The dentist and prices are OUTRAGEOUS and so FOUL!!!! I got to see a Dr. Chun who seemed extremely challenged in how to communicate with me and lack all proper patient/dr protocol. I still am not fully aware of my dental issue except they wanted to pull a tooth, do a bone graft and sell me an overpriced bridge. My main dentist said it was suppose to just be a root canal, which she does not do. Chun never once introduced herself to me. I had to ask her name. On top of that, she lacks an immense amount of compassion & professionalism. The prices are also A MASSIVE RIP OFF at this place and they are in a low income area ripping people off EVERYDAY!!! They wanted to charge me $250 for nitrous!! I've never paid more than $60 for nitrous and confirmed that pricing with another dental practice the next day. They highly encouraged me to get financing for work they quoted to be almost $4000. This is another form of oppression. Keeping poor people down with debt and overcharging them. I am SHOCKED that this place has as high a rating based off of my experience with this dentist and the prices. No way am I ever going back there.
