Talk to your patients and not just around them. Explain the problem, the process and the solution. Understand the reason the patient is coming in so you guys can know how to better assist the person.

I don't know HOW this place has anything but 1 star. Every time I go, I am reminded why I should never go again. I eventually get over it, make another appointment and return to the SAME poor service. This place is as unprofessional as can be. The staff is friendly but careless and slow. They also charged me for a service that they said my insurance fully covered. Please make sure if you get ANYTHING done here you get documentation of the pricing before leaving. Also, be prepared to wait. I waited over 2 hours to be seen.

This office is terrible. You will never be seen at your scheduled appointment time. It’s perfectly normal to be seen an hour after your scheduled appointment time. They have more patience then they can actually see. I get my braces done with them and they have so many clients you can’t be seen the standard once a month instead you get seen every 2 months. My braces have been on an extra 2 years than the original care plan stated. Also their constantly getting new doctors so continuation of care is difficult. No one is actually familiar with you or your case.DON’T GO HERE!!!!

Staff needs to learn how to talk and speak to patients with Respect. Wait times are ridiculously to long. All staff should be on the same page and able to give correct information. Procedures need to be explained better from the the Dentist’s

This place is a joke. On my first visit I scheduled an orthodontist consultation and appointment with the general dentist. I received texts to confirm both appointments that were on the same day one after the other. When I got there the receptionist told me I didn’t have an appointment with the general dentist even though they called me the day before to confirm! So whatever, it’s fine I’ll just reschedule. I meet with the orthodontist and it takes less than 15 minutes no x-rays, nothing. At the end the planning person tells me she’ll call me back since my insurance was closed for the day, which is fine except they never called me back.

The following week I come in for my general dentist appointment which I was conveniently able to reschedule for a day sooner due to pain I was experiencing. While I was there everything was fine, it went quick and got my x-rays and teeth cleaning. The doctor told me I needed to get my wisdom tooth removed but the planner advised they were still trying to get a hold of my insurance and would call me back. Before I left I asked the person at the front desk if they were ever able to get the quote for my braces from the week before but she had no idea what I was talking about. I was in a lot of pain so I said okay fine I’ll wait for you guys to call me back today.

They never call but I didn’t see it as a big deal because they’re probably busy. I called this morning (Saturday) and the person answering the phone tells me “oh didn’t anyone tell you we don’t have an oral surgeon that takes your insurance.” Uhm okay… so then I ask if they can refer me to someone, because in my experience the general dentist will refer you to a specialist if they don’t have one on-site for you. She tells me she doesn’t know and that I will need to call my insurance to find out what their office is supposed to do. Of course it’s Saturday and the insurance is closed, if they would have told me the day before like they said they would I could have had this all sorted out already.

Honestly, I will likely be going somewhere else and just pay out of pocket because they are ridiculous and I’ve already been in a lot of pain for a week. Another thing I noticed was how rude they would speak to the other patients. I want lol definitely be switching my primary dentist away from this place.

While the staff is very friendly and welcoming the waiting time was over an hour from our appointment. I got there 10-15 before our scheduled appointment and took 20 minutes to fill out paperwork. Waited over an hour to be seen by the X-ray technician. Then was told to wait 15 minutes in the lobby. 2 hours later I needed to go but I will come next time an 30 minutes before my appointment so I only have to technically be waiting 1.50 to be seen by the technician, dentist, and oral hygienist. But still turn around time is 1.5-2 hours to spend here. So plan accordingly.
