I really didn't not have a good experience. The front office staff is great, and I really do like the techs who help with x-rays. But overall the I find the experience very poor. I was left in rooms for 10-15 mins at a time, and people checked in multiple times confused about where I was in the process - just for getting a routine check up and cleaning. Then someone who handles payments comes in and tells me I'd need to pay $2,000 for things that weren't even explained to me by the actual Dentist. This plays feels less like a place to receive dental care and more of a place where every time I go I am upsold for procedures that I'm not sure I actually need. The distinction between "recommendations" vs. needs seems intentionally blurry to get me to quickly agree to do procedures day of when all I did was come in for a check up. Also little attention was given to me being their for 2 hours - during which I had to cancel 2 work meetings/calls. Just very disappointing. I will be looking for new dental practice.

Waited an hour and a half to be seen. Way too long when seeing a 3 year old. We were there almost 3 hours. Unacceptable

The worst!!!!! Had a 10:00 am appointment for a polish and was seen until 11:15 am. No communication at all… no one came to check on me. I had to find someone on my own and was given an mast attitude. A Technician told me they have patients to see and I should not schedule my appointments on Saturday. These people work. I informed her I work as well and I’m an office manager where I work and this is unacceptable. I will be reporting them to the corporate office ASAP. I informed them I called corporate a few weeks ago and was told I will receive a call from the office manager. When I brought this to her attention. She told me she was aware of this. However she was to busy to call me and address my concerns. I asked her if she needed help and was short staff? She said yes…I told her I will address this with corporate myself.

So far pretty cool.
Update…..THIS PLACE SUCKS. Brushed my teeth (polished) for $75-$200 which is what I found out they charge…..
I went in for a tooth cleaning.
Only reason why I put the so far pretty good earlier is because they kept buggin for me to put a review. But I’m very skeptical of certain dental spots. As a couple dental hygienist friends of mine informed me what to look out for. Or how to know when u got a decent one. Even the assistance. Some are very heavy handed.
Anyway, went in again this past may 2022. As I said polished my teeth. 1st time ever happend when NOT being cleaned 1st.

No point of making an appointment, you can get there 15 minutes before and they will see you 2 hours later, and when you try to ask then how much longer they will give you attitude. That lady at the front desk Sonia I believe is her name she is probably working for free because her attitude is just disgusting. Very unprofessional. Take you money elsewhere and don’t waste your time here.

I went to this office with my daughter on July 30th, 2021 for her regular cleaning appointment. The appointment time was 11 AM. We went there at 10:55 AM. Long story short. she waited over 2 and half hours but the cleaning didn't even start. It was the most horrible customer service I have experienced in my life. We asked the staff in the office several times how long she needed to wait. They kept saying a dentist would come soon, just wait. But no dentist or hygienist came. Eventually after over 2 and half hours waiting, we left. I am going to file a formal complaint to the California dental board. The only reason we went to this place is because it is close to USC campus and I thought it must be a convenient location for my daughter who is a USC student. Anyone who sees my review, please stay away from this dental office. I don't want you to experience the same horrible service I received there. We wasted so much time for just waiting for simple cleaning service. I don't know why google does not allow me to give zero star review.

This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star….!!! I sent my husband here for a cleaning and x rays and I feel so bad that I didn’t even read the reviews. PLEAE DO NOT GO! Anywhere else has to be better… let me tell you why.
First- My husband showed up early to do his paper work and then had to wait over 50 minutes to be seen. Second, when he was seen, they did 8 x-rays on him and the dentist didn’t make eye contact nor could he understand the dentist’s English.
Third, according to the dentist my husband has 2 root canals, 2 crowns, 3 cavities to be filled, one of his gums needs to be “cut down”, and another replacement filling for structural support. My husband just had his last checkup 6 months ago at our family dentist (who we have been seeing for 7+ years) before we moved here…
Lastly, They wouldn’t give my husband prices or explain what insurance would cover. There was a complete lack of transparency on billing. They were going to charge $35 to send us X-rays….ADVICE: send your x-rays to another dentist to avoid this fee. Currently, we have just sent the x-rays over to our family dentist and he is reviewing them.
I will post an honest update if our family dentist tells us that my husband needs all this work done because this place just seems like they thrive on scamming college students.
My husband’s first words when he walked through the door after I asked how it went were “It was pretty bad. It’s probably the worst dental practice I have ever had the mispleasure of visiting.”

Told me to take my daughter and then waited about 20 mins in the waiting room just so they didn’t even do nothing I guess they just free money for insurance companies
