I take My two children to the kids specialist. sometime it's a long wait, but today was fast. I loved it. I was in and out. I like the staff they're really nice and friendly. The best part they are great with kid's. This is the only Dentist my kid's will let themselves get check.

NEVER coming back here again, and if you're reading this, I hope this review helps you choose a dentist. This is the most disorganized and greedy place you can find, expect to wait an hour on weekdays WITH an appointment, and two hours on weekends WITH an appointment. Basically appointments dont matter to them because its a first come first serve basis. My second time over here I waited 40 minutes to be seen by an orthodontist and when it was my time to see him, the secretaries told me that they had lost my paperwork, and I spend another 10 min filling out a new patient form, and by that time the dentist had left for the day. My third time there was today, and after waiting 55 minutes to see the Orthodontist, I was told that the previous secretary shouldnt have made an appointment for me because there was no need to come in because they were going to send my x-rays to the dentist and it'd be a 4 week wait. This place also charges 25-30% more than other places.

I had an a cavity and the tooth broke it was infected I was at work my boyfriend found this office they took me within a matter of few hours when I arrived I was in so much pain they saw me right away. Indria D and Jaime Sibrian helped me at front desk they were very helpful they were all professional and personable at same time. They went the extra mile.Andrew took the fastest painless X-rays I ever had which made this very fast for doctor to see me. Dr Lee was quick to inform me of what my options were I have an appointment for surgery following week. Usually it takes months

I had the worst experience with the particular location of West Coast Dental. The 1st West Coast Dental that I had my experience with is the Rio Rancho location. That is where I had my crown done and did my regular visits there. I went to the Vermont location to have my crown replace but that did not occur

I got there at 8 o’clock. My appointment was at nine and I left there at 11 and still wasn’t seen.

Worst dental clinic. Came for a filling and the doctor left it open, said I would feel uncomfortable for 2 weeks then the pain would go away. I came a month later with an appointment and the receptionist very rudely did not allow me to go in with my toddler. I pleaded to let me in as I’m a single father didn’t have someone to take care of him. I was turned away. Made another appointment 2 weeks later and I was turned away again because the doctor did no go to work. They never called me to reschedule or cancel. Very unprofessional. The manager instead of offering a solution, asked me for one. Really?

I would never go here . & I would never allow any of my friends or family members to go here . The dentist here is mean and rude and so are the dental assistants I remember they were making fun of me in another room talking about me because I was crying because I had an infection on my molar that needed a root canal . The dentist yelled at me and told me I had to learn to deal with the pain and the dental assistant walked in with an attitude yelling at me too , saying I needed to make the decision to remove my infected molar or get the root canal it was sad and it is unfortunate that there’s people who get into this field and don’t have the patience but yet took all my money ! Don’t trust this dentist with your little ones or family. Please don’t do it find another dentist . This is not a good place for you to go ! Unless you wanna owe for treatment and loose your teeth .

I have been a patient for many years !! This 2022 I got done many procedures and I spend money that I have pay ! Saturday August 6Th . 2022 I was there and I wanted to talk to a person named IVIE Is on charge of financial issues , well she wasn’t there , so Angie was the one to talked to her customer service was terrible she seems very upset , she came right my room where I was sitting and she not even bother to say hi ?? I have seen here before as a receptionist?? Now she is dealing q financial ! Her attitude was bad

I have been going to this location for more than 3+ years. I was an general, ortho and oral surgeon patient and their commitment to excellence was on point. The ladies in the front desk, managers, the assistant, technicians and the dentist are professional and understanding. Based on years of being with them, I can truly say that I trust them for my dental needs. The place do get a lot of appointments throughout the month but that's pretty common for most dental offices. Nevertheless A++ service. Kruz
