Forty five minutes outside just waiting to get an x-ray then the dentist sees her. Tells me that they never called a route canal that was not suppose to be done just a filling now she needs the tooth removed and has to have an oral surgeon complete the procedure on Saturday

My appointment was at 1pm for two wisdom tooth extractions. They told me the surgeon was running late approximately one hour in a half. I was waiting in my car and it was very hot. I then asked them after one hour in a half how much longer and they told me I was not going to be seen because there was six people ahead of me and they closed the office at 4pm on Saturdays. Customer service sucks, this is not the first time my appointment is rescheduled. I am now going somewhere else. If I would give no stars I would!

The service is so bad. I called four times a day to hold on the following therapy and get a refund. The guy answered my phone kept telling me that someone will call me back but no one called back. Then I went to their office, they told me that I should talk to Dr. Lee who would call me back in the next morning. I waited for the whole morning and nobody called back again. Then I went to the office one more time, Dr. Lee told me no one told her about my proposal. Then she told me I should talk to the finiancial staff in the next week?! Also, it's unreasonable to do root cannal therapy both in left and right sides of teeth. They haven't do RCT for me. But already charge me for it and crowns. Under their first stage of therapy, now I cannot bite food with both sides of my teeth. Before I came to their office, I can bite with my right teeth at least. Now I have to wait for three weeks to do RCT, keepting this situation for another three weeks!

Called and asked how much prices were for a standard cleaning without insurance. Was told a price for a mandatory x ray and a standard cleaning. Triple checked with the woman on the phone. When I arrived at the office the woman at the desk told me the price was double what I was told and that if the doctor felt it was necessary it could be even more expensive than that. I explained what I was told over the phone and she told me she had “no clue” and never apologized or showed any sympathy when I asked what options there were to make it cheaper because I couldn’t afford double the original quote. She just stared and offered me no options. Extremely condescending. I had to leave because they didn’t care to talk any further with me.

Office seems to have many employees who barely greet you and waiting times is awful,unpaid employees,dirty room,toxic dentists...this clinic is out of control.
However Quality of service is excellent
Dr.Noh is best oral surgeon there

I had a cleaning done and she rushed it so she can get to the next person. They didn’t even give out goody bags like most dental offices do. The only good part was the guy taking my X-ray kept asking me if I was ok. I thought that was genuine.

This place is amazing, I feel welcomed in this dental office. I went in to get some teeth pulled out and I was really scared, but they were reassuring and tried to do it as painless as possible. It was fast and I was able to go in and out. I love how my appointments can fit my schedule as well since I only have work and school all day!! 😬 Angie was very considerate about my financial problems and tried to get me the best prices as well, I recommend this place very much and would be coming back to this place!!

The worst, most infuriating, and ignorant dental office I have ever been to!!! Don't ever go here....First, my appointment was 35 minutes later than intended. Then, dental assistant took 15 minutes to take x-rays because he was and i quote "im new at this bro". I was pulled in after to get a consulstion for braces but wait, it was the wrong name. They also happen to tell me "my symptoms" (other persons ppi) before realizing I wans't who was on the paperwork. Next, once I received my examination and sat down to discuss the possible procedures I was told to consult my parents as If i was a child who had walked in there holding my moms hand. It was the most infuriating conversation I ever had. She said You look young so its a compliment, and proceeded to say that her children can't keep a budget and support themself financially so I assumed you musn't be able to either and that she was being "nice" by telling me to consult someone else about my finances. I will never go back to this office again and will advocate anyone thinking about going here to go anywhere else!! Ohh and by the way I also made an appointment to talk to a dentist about braces but because they had me wait too long, they doctor left by the time they were done with my check up.

Came in as an emergency and was offered no solution but to go to an ER. They overlooked as to what I came in for and we’re more concentrated about EVERYTHING I needed. I kept bringing up the reason for my visit and felt like no one was as concerned as I was or even remotely listening to anything I was saying. Ended up leaving without having anything done. Went to my regular doctor to get medication because again no one at West Coast Dental offered me any solution and I was in desperate need of help. Went to take a second opinion at a different dentist and they only quoted me about $60-100 where as West Coast wanted $500 to fix my problem and $10000 to fix everything. West Coast Dental is a joke, they are only concerned about milking every penny out of you. I feel bad for people who have fallen for their schemes offering payment plans with high interest rates or overpriced procedures that your insurance actually covers in such a low income neighborhood. Stay away and good luck.
