Stag are all over the place & I literally had to ask for pain meds & my options were not many it felt like all they cared was for my money & not the situation on hand. I just was disappointed & over whelmed.

This is the worst dental office u will ever find. They called me n informed me I was approved for a procedure just to tell me when I arrived they made a mistake n I wasted my time coming. They are always late calling the patients, no water machine, no charging outlets, litterally a empty room where you will sit all day. I would never go here again.

I booked an appointment the day before. They took down my insurance information and said we were good to go. I show up at 11:30 (appointment is at 12) to fill out paper work. Around noon they say the insurance has to be moved to the current office. Fine. I call and it’s switched right away. I did not get seen till 1. Then I asked just for a cleaning because insurance didn’t cover the other. Staff seemed to take longer to get to me after that. It is now 2:50 and I just left. So in nearly 4 hours all I had done was X-rays and a cleaning. I’m now in bad back pain because I was left in the chair for nearly 2 hours with little to no service. I will be contacting my legal team

Your staff need to communicate with ALL YOUR PATIENTS! Let’s us know what they are about to do what they are repairing is for. Don’t just put things on our mouths and leave us lay down so what we could choke with our own saliva! We all deserve better service weather we are paying out of our pockets or through medical you guys are still getting paid!!!! The customer service in your clinic needs to improve. Your employees make it seem like they are doing us a favor but we are paying their wages. Today was the worst service I’ve had that this place but for sure it was the last time I ever come I rather drive 30 minutes away to get good experience then 5 minutes and get treated like someone is doing me a favor. Fix your staff train them better

Ruby was a great assistant who helped me out at the clinic. Her service is impeccable and she was very sweet and kind. People like her make the visits more comfortable for me as a patient. She is also quick with her job and it's rare to see that.

Do not go here! This is the first bad review I’ve ever written. We called to make an appointment to get our teeth cleaned and asked how much it was and let them know we’re first time patients. They said it was $59 and asked if we would like a plan and I said “no, I just want a single cleaning for me and my husband.” When we arrived before paying they asked what we were there for and we said a cleaning and they charged us. Then after giving us x-rays they said, “and if you want a cleaning prices start at $99 but you need one that is $249! “ At no point before that did they ever communicate what we paid for was just a check up and that the cleaning would be extra and would be determined after the check up. Then, i jumped out of the chair, grabbed my husband and went to ask the front desk about the mixup. They played like it was the mistake of the call center and they would never leave out that information (even though they’re the ones who charged us for the “cleaning” after asking what we were there for) and we should call the call center and tell them we didn’t get services and ask for our money back. So we did that and the call center said they would check with the office and confirm we didn’t get the service we went in for and return our money. Well, the office denied that and they refused to give us our money back. In addition, the x-ray was a surprise to me as well, never communicated until I was already on the chair and they were sticking something in my mouth that hurt me and was super uncomfortable. This completely threw off my whole day. It was THE worst dentist and customer service experience I have ever endured.

I had a good experience here! I came for a regular check-up and cleaning. My appointment was at 9, I got there a few minutes before to fill out paperwork, and at 9 on the dot I was already in the first room getting my x-rays done. They explained very well what I needed and what caused specific problems. Then they had someone come in specially to explain to me what my insurance would cover. Although I couldn’t afford the treatment at this point, nobody tried to convince me and they were very understanding. I will come back to get the treatment done in a few months. Upon leaving I received a small goodie bag with toothpaste and a toothbrush.

The lady with blonde hair had attitude. They didn’t want to help me because I didn’t take my medical card with me, even though I had my ID and social, and It showed in the system that I have Dentical. She said we will do u the xrays but if u need treatment we won’t be able to see u until u bring ur card. I did the Xrays, I was waiting on the room, I called medical to see if they were able to send me a picture or an email that prove that I am enrolled so they can help because I am in pain. While My phone was on speaker some nurse was coming and going, then a dentist came put me the thing around my neck and left. A little after the blond lady came again with attitude saying they would have to reschedule me because they are already closed and they came 3 times to help me but I was on my phone. I found that really disrespectful because I was on the phone trying to find a solution, so I can be treated. Neither the nurse nor doctor told me they were ready to see me, they didn’t even talk to me. If they would have told me they are ready I would have hung up because I really needed to be seen by the dentist and that’s why I stayed even though the blond lady gave me attitude. They gave me the appointment at 4pm yesterday, in the door says they close at 6. At 5:30 the blond lady kicked me out. All I got done was xrays, by a guy that was really nice to me, the only person that actually was nice.
I was going to enroll here and also my daughter, but I had a really bad experience yesterday. I am not gonna go back!
Your crew don’t know how to treat people! I work at customer service, and I didn’t expect to be treated that bad! It was a waste of my time, specially because I am in pain! West Coast Dental at Vermont ave sucks!

Horrible service and slow service. I got a root canal done by then and 6 months latery my teeth is hurting my root canal needs to be done again. Another time, I called and told them I needed service they told me to come in I did and waited 40 min for the doctor to see me just to tell me they cannot help me and which person in the front told me to come in while they literally checked me in for the same problem. Horrible service I would not recommend them at all
