The staff here are really friendly and amicable to work with. From the moment I walked in I was nicely greeted and taken care of. The office itself looks and feels very high end with modem Devore and large space to wait for your appointment.

Once I got in to have my hurting molar checked, the assistant doing the x-rays was very warm mannered and compassionate. I felt absolutely comfortable here and not anxious in any way. After a few x-rays, the issue was spotted and I meds and a recommendation to have a root canal done.

Unfortunately, the root canal cannot be done here so I do have to go see a specialist for it and then come back for the crowning. I really did enjoy my time spent here and felt like I was in good hands.

To be fair, the staff, dentist, and assistant mostly all very friendly.

I scheduled an appointment to have a retainer made here, because my teeth are shifting and i needed a retainer ASAP.. I had to wait several weeks to get in, but they said it was the soonest the could..

When I got here it turns out they don't do that kind of thing. So, my teeth have been shifting this whole time. They referred me to an orthodontist but I had mentioned I'm in a big hurry because my teeth are shifting.. and now I have to wait again. Really unhappy. Again, staff seems great, but this is a huge and stressful oversight. I was very detailed in my explanation of what I needed.

If you are looking for a new dentist, keep on looking. They are wonderful when it comes to cleaning teeth and making good conversation, but this is where my positive review ends. Prior to every appointment I received a call asking if I could reschedule to an earlier time or a different date. This is not an exaggeration: this happened prior to every appointment. Prior to the last appointment I had scheduled the office staff called and left a voicemail to tell me that they had moved my appointment by four hours without my approval and to tell me I would be charged as a no-show if I did not show up at this time. This was a new experience, because while I have never no-showed an appointment their policy isn't usually this way.
Additionally, this office will overcharge your dental insurance, bill your insurance multiple times for the same service, and then attempt to collect payment for any account *credits* (instead of refunding these credits to you). They will send incorrect bills with no clear method for paying, and then admit that the bill shouldn't have been sent in the first place. When you call to dispute the charges, they will give you a long story about how they are overcharging you to collect more from insurance. I finally collected my refund, but my dental insurance company is also aware that they were billed incorrectly and advised me not to pay any future bills from this office.
This office is conveniently located, and it's a shame that every subsequent experience I have had there has become worse. My first visit was wonderful, the second visit was a bit more lackluster, and the third experience was unpleasant.
This review has nothing to do with the dentists or hygienists, but is instead a complaint directed toward their scheduling and billing practices.

This is a great office. They got me in quickly when I let them know I was having a problem. Every person I dealt with was very nice and professional. Ellie ( I’m sorry if I misspelled her name) was excellent. She was so kind and sweet, taking time to answer questions and doing her best to work with my schedule.

Waste of time. Called requesting a deep cleaning as have not been to the dentist for years/before pandemic. Initial appointment was not set for the time needed. Instead, spent 30 min doing X-rays and waited almost 30 min to be brought a 3k estimate (in case insurance wouldn’t cover- I have insurance and it’s covered) and told I’d have to come back for a deep cleaning. That there wasn’t even enough time for a regular cleaning as the time allotted expired. Had this been disclosed at appointment setup time, would. Not have come here. Do better.

I started off with high hopes when I first saw this dentist, but it has turned into a horrible experience.

I have 2 issues which have resulted with me never wishing to be seen by this dentist again, and honestly I think that's all due to the office staff.

The first issue is that, when I booked my first appointment here, it took 6 months before I could actually see the dentist, but when I did get my appointment I stated, my number one concern is money. It's why I've waited almost 10+ years to see a dentist, because in the past, Dentists would shame me for not being able to afford anything not covered by insurance.

My 1st appointment went wonderful, I loved everyone I interacted with and was very thankful for the fact no one shamed me for what was going on with my teeth. We set up a plan to get things fixed, but I stated over and over, if my insurance doesn't cover it, I can't do it.

The second appointment when had originally been a scheduled filling for a large cavity in the back of my mouth, it turned out had been improperly made for a filling in the front of my mouth for a pinhole cavity that didn't bother me. When I inquired about that not being the tooth I wanted to get done, they said they didn't have time to do the bigger one and we'd just have to schedule it later. I was really upset by this, but didn't want to cause a scene at that time.

When I went to check out, I had the full amount of money I needed for the appointment, but was told by the front desk, I didn't need to pay as much. I told them it was a mistake and that I did need to pay as much. They sent me on my way not taking all my money.

The second issue is now, months later, come to find out, yes they did need all my money and I was put into collections for $50. But my issue is how and when they filled it for collections.

Did I owe them money? Yes, I'm not disputing that issue.

The issue comes from the bill I received 12/23/22 in the mail. Which states it was generated on 12/07/22 and that the statement date was 12/16/22. The DUE date was 12/31/22. And now, due to the holidays I didn't call in till today 12/04/23.

This issue I have is that it was sent to collections on 12/23/22. It was sent to collections the same day I received the bill in the mail and that is EIGHT days prior to the due date.

From the statement date of Friday, 12/16/22 to the date it was sent to collections on Friday, 12/23/22. There was 5 business days. One week later during the busiest time for postal services.

Now, was this a bill that was over 90 days due? Yes. Unfortunately for myself though, I did not receive notice prior to this. Do they say they did send notice prior? Yes. Do I think they're lying about it? No, I'm sure they tried to send stuff, I just didn't receive it.

My issue comes from the billing date of this bill. There was no notice of being sent to collections if it didn't get paid by X date. The bill I received just said 'Pay immediately' which I did to my knowledge. Which, granted, was 4 days after the holidays and due date.

The main issue is the fact that it was sent to collections prior to the due date. Even if I had gotten in contact with the office before 12/31/22 there was no hope for my bill to not already be in collections.

Do not go to this Dentist, I had false hope at first, but the way they handled their billing and the way the office staff handles scheduling appointments and taking payment is not worth the headache. Plus when you call about an issue with billing, like the fact you got your bill the same day it wen to collections, they don't have any sympathy or kindness regarding matters.

Save yourself a headache, and credit report issue and stay far, far away.

Also, fun fact, they did say if I call the collections agency directly you do not have to pay the 'collections fee' they charge in office.

I always hate going to the dentist (with my sensitive teeth), but this office made the experience as painless as possible. I had Ellie for my cleaning today and she went above and beyond to keep me from stressing out - even racing back and forth to get my x-rays done before my gag reflex was triggered. The rest of the staff has been exceptionally kind and organized as well. Very pleased to have found a dentist’s office like this one.

Mixed reviews on this one the front deck was very nice but there seems to be not very good communication between the front and back . I called to make appointment and explained if I needed a deep cleaning I would need nitrous because I’m very uncomfortable in the dentist chair although I’m a retired dental assistant my fears are still there. They assured me that was no problem. Day of appointment I go in the hygienist Ruth was very nice and was great at my exam . Time to sch appointment for SRP (deep cleaning) I told her I needed to have nitrous for that she immediately started trying to talk me out of it telling me the appointment would take longer if I used nitrous and I’m like no I’m paying for it I need it so she finally scheduled my next two appointments. My first appointment was rescheduled twice due to hurricane so today would have been my 2nd follow up app so I called yesterday to let the front deck know that so everything would go smoothly well it didn’t I arrived and was not set up in nitrous room so Ruth is still trying to talk me out of it then she goes and gets the dentist and instead of helping me to be comfortable in a uncomfortable situation the dentist advised me they couldn’t help me and Ruth suggested I go to a doctor for anxiety medicine when in fact they are the ones that had no regard for me as a patient. They were right and I was wrong for wanting to be comfortable!!!! So if you have anxiety about going to the dentist and need nitrous to be comfortable DO not go to this office . I never write reviews for bad service but this is unacceptable in the Dental practice. So I hope you all can do better for your future patients.

If this office would have a decent schedule I would work here... I don't know why the schedule is so off, specially the day they start at 730. There is no way a mother can drop off their kids to school and be on time with this schedule!!!fix your schedule from 9 to 6 every day and you would have more clients/patients and people would like to work here.
