I have Major Depressive Disorder, and this makes it extremely difficult to do basic hygiene tasks like just brushing my teeth, let alone flossing or mouthwash. Because of my poor oral care, one of my wisdom teeth became infected and abcessed. I was in between insurances for the month of November, so on the day of my visit, I was uninsured. I remember her name, Carmen, went above and beyond for me. Everything became really overwhelming, and I couldn't help but cry. Even though I declined, she made sure I got tissues and water. That little act of getting me a bottle of water after I declined it, it was all I needed to feel seen and to feel okay for a moment.
As of December 1st, I have insurance again and thus can resume my medications. Because of this and Carmen's thoughtfulness that day, I managed to brush my teeth today for the first time in about a month. It's not much, and probably too much information to be sharing here, but a mentally unwell patient is getting just a little bit better because of a little bottle of water, a tissue, and a kind soul. Thank you, Carmen.

I am grateful for the emergent services. I had a very bad tooth ache which when I called to get an appt, I was seen the same day. I found out they don't take my employers ins, so they gave me a generous offer for today's visit. And I thank them from the bottom of my heart for doing that for me. Not too many practices out there that seem to really care about the patient. This place is awesome!

I am in Orlando for a week long vacation and had some tooth pain get severe real quick, day one. I was able to get an appointment quickly. The dentist clearly and simply explained the issues, which I already suspected. After a quick exam they set me up for a pain managed week, or vacation ready ha, thanks! Also, there was a technical glitch that slowed them down, but that didn’t stop anyone. The whole staff handled it calmly and professionally. If I lived here I would return.

This place basically is what they say and not what the customer says and wants even thou the customer is paying I understand you give a recommendation but at the end of the day I’m the one who chooses the end result and what I want not you never coming to this place

Had a very pleasant experience, went in for dental pain and swelling on my gum, treatment were done immediately. Dr. Dirawi and his assistant Carmen is very thorough. I'm beyond pleased with my visit. Thank you very much Championsgate Dentistry, definitely recommending this practice to my friends and co workers.

maria is the best of the beat she cleaning my teeth gently and Very helpful with all the answers. I had been a lot of place cleaning my teeths. They are number one. Price is reasonable compared with all the dental around areas. If you live around here. You should go here...i will be back next appointment...💕

First visit with my son for his cleaning. It was a little bit of a wait before we went back, but it's pretty expected in most offices. The front desk ladies were polite and I enjoyed meeting the Dr briefly, but the real highlight was Maria, his hygienist. She was absolutely the sweetest, so knowledgeable, and communicated so well with us. As someone who has worked in several successful dental practices in the past, I know how hard it can be. I also listened and watched the Dr's interact with their staff and was very pleased with the positive and respectful communication I witnessed. I highly recommend this office.
