First visit was EXCELLENT. Paula provided me with my first “gag” free dental X-rays in my life and considering I’m 70 that’s saying a lot. A very smoothly run office with very helpful, professional staff. Special shout out to Loumaris who scheduled my appointment. She provided an excellent introduction to the office.

Being extremely nervous, I am VERY appreciative of being seen in a timely manner and acknowledged as being scared.

In regards to my dental appointment on 7-29-21, I am extremely pleased with Dr. Dirawi, dental assistant Carmen, hygienist Jonathan, and the very helpful and friendly girls at the front desk.
I want to express my utmost appreciation for the level of care I received from all.
I am very impressed by Dr. Dirawi’s expertise and level of competence during my unscheduled crown replacement procedure. He walked me through each step making sure I understood exactly what was going on throughout the entire procedure.
I was extremely nervous during the replacement after experiencing a horrific ordeal in the past.
Dr. Dirawi was very sympathetic to my fear giving me a well needed break when he noticed my trembling and nervousness. He made the entire experience painless and positive. He was amazing!
Besides doing an excellent job assisting with my crown procedure and preparing my temporary crown, DA Carmen was very personable...so friendly and compassionate. Knowing I was very nervous, she definitely helped make the procedure go as smoothly as possible. She was wonderful!
My dental hygienist, Jonathan, was very professional and informative about my needs regarding my teeth. I’ve never had such a thorough cleaning since I moved to Florida. He was great!
I will continue to schedule with Champions Gate Dentistry for all future dental needs.

The service is excellent. For many years I have been terrified of dentist (severe anxiety). The staff was so comforting, patience and caring from the person that makes your appointment over the phone to every other staff that plays a part in your visit. I cannot expressed how happy I am to have chosen Champions Gate Dentistry. Oh! Jonathan I thank you so much for making me feel comfortable and making sure that everything went smoothly.

Having been kept awake for a couple of nights with nerve pain I checked Google for the nearest dentist to me and these guys came top of the list. I read the reviews and called for an emergency appointment. As an Englishman here on holiday, I was a little worried about using a different dentist but I really didn’t need to have worried, they are all of the fantastic reviews that have received.
From the moment I arrived I was welcomed and cared for. The staff are friendly and caring and the treatment I received was excellent.

Aside from waiting outside for receptionist to scan temp and fill out form for COVID, the actual dental experience was exceptional! The insurance and appointment registrar was friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. The hygienist, Maria was professional, friendly and made you feel comfortable! The Dr. was friendly, informative and professional as well! After many dental nitemare experiences I felt comfortable!

very unprofessional the secretary told me that they take my insurance when i booked 4 months ago today when i showed up to my appointment they told me that they did not accept my insurance wasted my time and wanted me to pay out of pocket

This is the best and I mean the best dentist I have ever been with in my life I am 21 years old and this office took care of me like no other. It was my first time ever going by myself they made me feel very comfortable and I trusted them in every step of the way. I had a broken molar for almost 7 years and it caught an infection that got so bad my face got swollen like a box and the pain was excruciating I went to the hospital twice just to have them relieve the pain because no gels pills or anything would help. I have insurance but I didn’t have enough to cover the cost of copays at the moment and I was so scared I couldn’t take it out because I couldn’t pay but the champions gate dentistry team did everything they could to help me and they took my tooth out and basically saved my life. The infection was so bad it was hanging from my tooth. This is something I will for ever appreciate and I promise you there is no better team of dentist then the team at champions gate dentistry thank you Dr.haikimen and Dr. Carmen

I am very disappointed with this business. I made an appointment on June 8. I was given Aug 10 as the date of the appointment. It is July 29 and I called to see if my insurance was accepted. I was told I really do not have an appointment as the hygienist will be off. This is the first I was informed even though I received a text reminding me if my appointment this Tuesday , July 27 ,of my appointment. They even had me have my records sent to them when the appointment was schedule.

First visit - prompt. Efficient, friendly staff. Felt comfortable with cleanliness. Dr. Acosta was impressive. No pushing for unnecessary work.
Will return! Great on first 2 visits.

Helped today 12/2020, easy appointment, courteous staff and referred to Advanced Periodontics. Of course, involves a front tooth! They said - first available for evaluation is end of January... then, appointment weeks after.... called CG dentistry. They said sorry it didn’t work out. I can go wherever I want... no other option offered. Sadly, it seems I may need to seek a new dentist as well.
