The doctors and staff at Championsgate Dentistry were wonderful. The office was modern and clean. Maria the hygienist explained everything in simple terms. Dr Hakimian was very professional, though he had to refer me to a specialist, he was not going to perform any procedures beyond his level of expertise. I appreciated this very much as I am a fearful patient. Would recommend this group to anybody needing general dentistry services.

If they can't provide you with what you need, they will refer you to someone that can. And that is huge in my opinion.

Patient staff and Dentist, very friendly environment. I never feel like their trying to make do unneed dental work. My next visit after my root canal was great, just one complaint or piece of advise don't let the dentist sing, his karaoke is horrible. His ability to treat and make his patients feel good is amazing, lol.

This dental clinic is by far the best clinic I have ever been to. The entire staff who I have interacted with have been exceptional.
My dental hygienist, Maria, is amazing! She is so passionate and caring for her patients. I am in nursing school and she asks about my progress. The fact that she takes the time to get to know me and ask about my life means the world. I have NEVER liked going to the dentist. Who can confidently say they enjoy going to the dentist? However, Maria and the staff I interact with make it worth it. I received a call about 2 weeks prior to my appointment from Maria asking how I was doing and to prepare me for my upcoming appointment. I feel as though she goes above and beyond her job responsibilities. Not too many people do more than what their job entails.
The doctor who performed my fillings was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was always asking about how I was doing during the procedure. He answered every one of my questions with confidence. I feel extremely comfortable talking to him and asking him questions.
I generally like to provide some sort of constructive feedback to improve a business, but I really can't think of anything that may need improvement. The staff was over-the-top friendly. The dental office was clean and very welcoming. The doctor was very knowledgeable and friendly.
Before going to Champions Gate Dentistry, I was going to a dental clinic just down the street where I was given horrible service. They charged me for some supplies that I never asked for. The doctor strongly recommended a prescription toothpaste (I had no idea prescription toothpaste existed). At the end of my visit, the hygienist put the toothpaste in my bag and charged me for it among other things. My bill at the end of the visit was over $100. I was so upset that I just stopped going. The dentist was more concerned with business than patient-care. The front desk staff was not overly friendly; they were more concerned with the business aspect. I understand that even though dental offices are businesses, that should never overshadow patient-care.
I am thankful for finally finding a dentist that I can call MY dentist.
All in all, I highly recommend Champions Gate Dentistry!

It was my first visit to this office as a patient and I will continue coming. Office staff very professional, knowledgeable about their work and willing to help you. I was assisted by Dr Hakimian and his assistant Jonathan both performed excellent job. A positive atmosphere is breathed at this office that leaves you an incredible breath.
