Yeah! Another great experience at ChampionsGate Dentistry. Johnathan is amazing at shining up my smile. The office is clean & they keep the appointments running on time. It's taken me years to feel this good visiting a dentist office.

Reception offered us a blanket in the waiting room. Maria, the hygienist, was amazing with my high-anxiety child. The dentist was kind and professional. My only complaint is they don't accept medicaid (but that's the government's fault for refusing to pay most of the time, isn't it) but they do accept care credit and one other financing plan. Very pleased.

Jonathan was very nice & patient, accommodating & very pleasant!!! Very considerate to take my x-ray quickly. I appreciated this! Comparing experiences with my other family members, we noted inconsistencies in practice. My other two family members were given goggles to wear. I was given none & splashed with water often, including a large drip in my eye. I mentioned it a few times. Last visit, I was told my gums were receding badly & recommended additional cleanings. This time, my gum levels weren't even measured. (Not that I minded not getting bad news but I thought it odd). Wasnt even given the new toothbrush at the end. Since both my family members were, I asked for one. Petty maybe but it's the only bright part, the reward, of going through grueling teeth cleaning. Everyone is very nice, welcoming, pleasant & a relaxed atmosphere even during this covid time.

I went for 2 appointments, one to put a temporary crown on a tooth and the other for a cleaning and x-rays. The first went fine but I was not happy with the second. The dentist , Dr Hakimian, pointed out that I had a number of issues with crowns needing to be replaced, a potential abscess, and a few cavities. I also have some gum recession.
The bottom line is Dr. Hakimian basically fired me. At least that's what it felt like.. He said he couldn't do the required work and referred me to a few specialists. While I understand that I may need a specialist to take care some of my dental issues, Hakimian didn't offer to at least take care of the cavities, or anything else. He seemed very rushed during both of my appointments and I really felt he couldn't get me out of the door fast enough after the second.
I want to point out that this was my perception and it's likely the Dr. sees things differently. Overall I just wasn't impressed with the way the second appt. ended.

I have ALWAYS HATED the dentist and after skipping the dentist office for over 2 years I made my appointment with champions gate dentistry. There was a lot that needed to be done to my teeth but the encouragement from the staff and the fun times we have had (cheeseball challenge) has really made my experience here the best. I tell everyone I can about their office. Espically if you have special requests they are very accommodating and make it to were you want to come back. Dr. Hakimian, Sandra, and everyone else has been amazing and I will not go anywhere else.

The cleaning and care were very good, however they really need to back off being so forceful with masks. It's a DENTIST office!!! My mouth was open being worked on for 45 minutes but they made a huge deal about wearing a mask for the 2 minutes in an empty waiting room. It's pretty rude and entirely pointless.

Super Friendly Staff. Helped me with my insurance company that can be complicated at times. The doctor very nice as well.
Just went back for my cavities and didn't feel any pain. They had 5 done in less than an 45 minutes. The staff was once again super Friendly and informative. This place is on point!

I scheduled my husband on their clinic at 12 noon but then they informed him to comeback at 3pm because they are still doing a long procedure. When my husband came back second time around, they told him they can’t find his insurance! Why you don’t ask it while Im booking his appointment??? You literally wasted 1 day of his time from his work plus gasoline coming to your clinic twice yesterday!!!
