Champions Gate Dentistry

Terrible…I am looking into the credentials of the man who claimed to be a dentist, that looked and misdiagnosed my severe tooth problem!

Today was my first time here, and I had an absolutely fantastic experience. Everyone that I had an interaction with was very kind and professional. They made me feel comfortable and calm the entirety of my time there, even though dentist appointments usually spike my anxiety. I would recommend Champions Gate Dentistry to anyone looking for a dentist in the area.

These guys are honest, kind and patient. This was my first visit here, had a cleaning and check up. They were all so great. The dentist was really sweet. It’s Always intimidating going to the dentist but they made me feel comfortable. Thank you ! I recommend Champions Gate Dentistry to everyone.

Hate the dentist? Me tooo! But you will love Maria. She is absolutely fantastic. With someone like her it’s easy to want to come back for my 6month check up :)

I'm giving 5 stars because this place was absolutely wonderful! BUT... it cost me $890! Unfortunately I don't have insurance (at least nothing that allows you to go to a decent dental office)However, this was the only place in my area that got me in the next day for an emergency visit. All others wanted me to wait 2 weeks!!! Ellie is fantastic! As well as [I think her name is possibly] Maria, apologize I don't remember but she was so awesome and caring. Dr Hakimian and all staff were excellent!! I wish I could afford to go back but another 2 grand for what I need done is out of the question right now.

I love this place, Carmen and Sandra are very patient with me due to anxiety. They are very gentle and caring. The Doctor is amazing! He treats the patient like he would like to be treated and it shows in his actions. 100% recommended.

So on the 8th of September, I went there as I found them to cover my Dental Insurance.That day upon my leaving there, I was supposed to receive my referral to an oral surgeon, which did not happen. The woman who took my payment and explained things to me seemed rushed. I also checked the box for more information on financial assistance, which she did not give me, either. Called two days later to discuss my concerns about things and not receiving my oral surgeon referral, was told they would email me my referral, and guess what? I check my email, receive the email, go to their secure messaging link in barracuda, and..There's an email, but NO referral, OR x-rays attached to the email! What a joke! On a different note, the two women who looked at my teeth were awesome and seemed to genuinely care, which I am eternally appreciative of, and thankful for. Dentist seemed genuinely nice, but seemed to come across as a bit rushed to me. Don't think that this is how someone needing the amount of dental work that I or anyone else needs should be treated, or in general for that matter. Thanks.

UPDATE 09/21/20: I just called as soon as they opened, spoke to a woman I think she said her name was Pam? I had to repeat myself *several* times (almost as if someone wasn't paying attention to me?), and then she said she'd "see" about getting them to send it over as soon as they can. I definitely won't be returning, as do I appreciate the decencies by the clerical staff.. Not like I was hoping to be treated right the first go round, or anything?

PS: Could I get my oral surgeon referral and x-rays now, please, and thank you?

My first visit was in June for a cleaning. I have received amazing care and treatment at ChampionsGate Dentistry. My dental hygienist, Ellie, is excellent. The dental work recommended was done by Dr. Dirawi and he thoroughly explained each procedure, always making sure all my questions were answered and I was completely satisfied with the work performed. His assistant, Carmen, also took very good care of me throughout my multiple procedures. The front office staff were always extremely friendly and helpful. The entire office is very modern, and there is a professional atmosphere among the employees. I highly recommend Dr. Dirawi and his associates at Champions Gate Dentistry.

I rarely rate things but I have to say the customer service here is terrible. The first time I tried to get in I was rescheduled 3 times. Then when I got in I got my cleaning and set another appointment to get a filling. Well so far this appointment has been rescheduled 2 times and is still a month out. Also every time they cancel on me they do it within a day or two of the appointment. I expressed my frustration to the scheduling employee and when it was all said and done she told me no one was forcing me to stay at this dentist office and if I did not feel like they meet my standards then I could find a different dentist. When I called her out on her behavior she tried to fix it by getting me an appointment at a sister location that would be a 45 min drive for me. So from the day I called this office till now has been 5 months....and still have the cavities I had on day one. Apparently my standards were not that high to wait 5 months and counting for a filling. But the bad customer service may have finally been to bad enough for me to go someplace else.

This dental office is great. They fit me right in. The office is very clean, the staff are very nice and professional. The prices a very reasonable. They listen to you and are accommodating to your needs. I look forward to working with this office for further dental care. Thank you Champions Gate Dentistry!
