ChampionsGate Dentistry is located of course in the beautiful ChampionsGate community exit 58 . The office is nice and clean. The front and back staff are all awesome. Doctor Sam Dirawi is very detailed and takes his time. He will walk you step by step through the whole process while treating you so you know what to expect.

I loved going here! I was a first time patient and when I got there, I had a mishap with my insurance. Ashley at the front desk was so wonderful, patient and helpful and helped me get it all sorted out. Paula my dental hygienist was also amazing! She was kind and detail oriented and made sure to do such a good job with my cleaning. I’m super happy with the care I received.

During my first visit I felt like this was a place just looking for more money for anything- I started leave upset and the business manager was very kind and talked me into coming back- I was told I need a deep cleaning- now today I came and paid $57 for a “regular” cleaning- this cleaning was no different from Greenberg so I’m upset yet again and will not come back- I have no trust now and will remember to trust my gut going forward as she always seems to be on point. This cleaning would’ve been free at Greenberg so I am not impressed and would not recommend.

After waiting 30 minutes past my appointment time, (and after 2 patients who arrived after me were called in) I was told they weren't able to help me because the office to verify my dental insurance was closed. I was then asked if I wanted to just pay for my services out of pocket. I've had my appointment for weeks and filled out my new patient registration forms 3 days in advance. My appointment time was at 4:30pm. Why wait until the day of to verify my insurance if my appointment was so late in the day?
