Champions Gate Dentistry

These people are amazing! I arrived at 530 with my crown in my hand...obviously with no appointment. Rita, their receptionist, was so welcoming. Set the tone for my entire emergency visit.
Ms. Christina took care of xrays and prep work. Constantly checking on my comfort and making certain I knew they were going to work me in.
Dr. Hakimian was very efficient and thorough. He made certain that the crown was solidly in place and checked multiple times to make certain I was comfortable.
Every person acted like I was the most important patient they had. I've never felt so respected as a patient! If I lived here, I would have my entire family registered with Champions Gate Dentistry.

Dr. Acosta and Paula are great to work with when it comes to all my dental needs. The office staff is welcoming and courteous as well. I recommend them to anyone who is anxious about going to the dentist as they help with easing the stress of going.

I recommend Champion Gate Dentistry to anyone. I called because I was having a tooth ache. I was given an appoint for the very next day. The people there are very nice and polite and knowledgeable. I was scheduled with Dr Acosta. He was fabulous. I had to have my tooth pulled and he is so good at his job that I felt no pain. Thank you to everyone at Champion Gate dentistry.

I was experiencing tooth pain and they saw me the same day...even earlier than my appointment because they saw I was struggling with the pain. Everyone was so nice and thoughtful. I will recommend them to everyone who needs a great dentist!!

Very thorough cleaning, staff were professional and kind! I paid out of pocket and they had a new patient special of $79 for X-rays, a cleaning, and exam which I thought was very reasonable. Overall it was a great experience.

Very nice group of people who make you feel right at home. I liked that they had coffee and/or bottles of water available while you waited. My appointment was on time. They did everything efficiently and explained what they were doing.

Great place and I will return to this dentistry.

I made a last minute appointment, expecting that my wait time would be lengthy. I filled out the paperwork, they called me in and I was taken care of immediately. The dr spent a lot of time explaining my options and answering my questions. I highly recommend this office!

Visit 3- Decided to give them another chance. Wife and daughter went for cleaning. We received a bill month after their visit stating the insurance did not cover panoramic xray (Which might be unnecessary for someone without full grown set of teeth) for my 7 year old. I spouse asked the dental assistant again and again to only do what is covered by insurance. She was told that everything is covered.
Now we received a bill for $105, my spouse called them and had a taste of their rude customer service again. The lady on the other side of the line was rude and condescending.
WHAT A SHAME! I hope the OWNER CONTACTS me regarding this.

Visit 2- 10/14/2020 appointment time 5:00 pm
Called at 4:40 pm and asked if dentist was on time. I was told that they will call me 10 minutes before the doctor is ready.
Got a call at 5:25 pm. I was there at 5:33 pm
I was in shortly and was talking to nurse who was talking to me about my dental history and educating me on oral health. At 5:50, I ask them if doctor is running late and the front desk lady shows up asking for my feedback.(confront me)
I told her that I called and still you are running late. This lady was rude, defensive, unapologetic and condescending. She started arguing with me.
Customer service 101 was missing
1) Don't as for feedback if you can't take it
2) Listen to customer
3) Be sympathetic and apologetic
4) Show some empathy
All of these were missing.
Well, dentist came in who was very nice and fixed me up real quick but the front desk lady spoiled my mood.

Front desk staff- 0 *
Customer service- 0*

This is apparent from 4-5 reviews that I read which were posted recently. I HOPE OWNERS ARE PAYING ATTENTION TO THIS.
2nd visit review bumped down to 3*

Visit 1- Appointment time 4:30 pm- Reached 4:20 pm
9/23/20-5pm-First visit and disappointed so far, I am presently waiting in the lounge and it has been 40 min+. Arrived well before time for paper work. The least they could had done was told me that the wait period is 30 min so I could have gone to run some errand or brought my work with me. Review - 2 stars right now
9/23/20-5:02 pm- I am in the dentist seat right now with no one attending me. I have to wonder around the receptionist for this. I mentioned that they could had let me know but got a lame excuse that they just realized that they are short staff. At the end of day you realized that you are short staff. COMMON!! Review 2 star right now.

9/23/20-5:10 pm- xray lady was fast and quick. Review bumped to 3 star
9/23/20-5:28 pm- with hygienist she is nice. Took 360 xray and measured my gum pockets. review 3 star right now
9/23/20-6:30 pm- I was out. The doc was nice and they did realized that I waited to long. Review bumped to 4 star
