Great office, clean and beautiful. Although, dentist are not in my favorite top list of people I want to visit, 😊😬my current visit was more than eye opening, they really took great care of me, the procedure were painful, but I was glad they took such good care and set me in the right path to maintaining and making my pearly whites last as long as I do. Thank you!

When I first arrived it seemed as though they did not have me on the schedule and couldn’t find me. Then I had to wait over an hour to be seen, and when I was finally seen, the dentist saw me for maybe 30 seconds before telling me he was unable to fit me for a crown and I would need to be referred out. My temporary crown has fallen out so my tooth is at risk for damage and it is hurting. Now I have to wait to make another appointment with a specialist because they “can’t do it”. I will not be returning.

Every one there from beginning til end were friendly, and very organized and worked well with ea other. Great explanations of what's going to be done, and explain all procedures before hand. Great experience! I'm deathly afraid of dentist and they made it easier for me to get through the appointment. :)

Today would have been my 3rd visit to this clinic. On my first visit they wanted to do the entire panoramic x-ray even though I had copies of the one that I had had done a year prior they wanted their own. OK fine but my insurance doesn’t cover it more than once every five years. They said they were going to do the x-rays no charge, I get a bill in the mail. I go up there explain that I wasn’t supposed to receive a bill they take it off , fine. While at my first visit they see that I still have all of my wisdom teeth and referred me to a surgeon to have them taken out. I don’t need them out they have not moved in all my years of having them and every other dentist has suggested I leave them alone. I still have my wisdom teeth.

My second appointment goes fine until I get a bill in the mail. My insurance covers 100% of cleaning in network I did not get a bill the first time for my cleaning, just x-rays.. I go up there again to figure out why I’m getting a bill. Come to find out the dentist that they put me with the second time was not in network… Yet. So they resubmitted it to my insurance company, as of today I do not have a balance so I’m assuming that the insurance took care of it or they wrote it off.

Today I show up for a 1:10 Appointment I was early by about 30 minutes but I was there. Checked in at the front when I got there, asked about the bill from my last appointment and was told that I had no balance so they clearly knew I was there. 1:10 comes and goes, 1:20 comes and goes, 1:30 comes and goes, at 1:40 (30 minutes past my appointment time) I walk up to the desk and tell them I’m canceling my appointment for today because my appointment time has passed by 30 minutes. They asked me if I checked in, yes I checked in I’ve been sitting there for an hour waiting (30 min of that was me being early).
If I was 30 minutes late for my appointment I would not be seen and most likely be billed for a missed appointment. My time is no less valuable than theirs.

I’m hoping Dental Care of Davenport knows the value their patients, something Champions Gate Dental needs to work on.

Everyone is super friendly and helpful! I had fear visiting doctors, but they did amazing job of explaining even though I’m not so proud of my dental health. Dr. Potter, Janelle, and the rest of the staff are wonderful and welcoming. I would highly recommend

Loved my first visit here. The staff is fantastic and takes their time with you to make sure you have the best possible dental care and give you a plan. They are willing to work with you. Would recommend to anyone looking for dentistry needs.

Very happy with the technician cleaning my teeth. Not happy being told that I had to get work done at a periodontist before coming back for any more cleanings. I’m not comfortable yet during this pandemic to proceed with a surgery.
I don’t like being forced to proceed with work and sorry but I like to keep my teeth clean.

I needed an oral surgeon to pull a tooth.. I called an made an appt. After x-rays done Office told me they had an oral surgeon. Doctor came in and said he does not pull teeth.Now I have to go a long distance by cab to an expert:. I have always had my teeth removed by a oral surgeon and my initial contact to office said oral surgeon. What a waste of my time.

My wife received a call a week before her appointment to be rescheduled a 3 months later. This place is a joke! And good luck if you want them to answer your call

I’ve been coming to this dentist for under a year now and I am very satisfied with the work done. I’ve had a crown on other preventative maintenance done and the work is always top notch, and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this practice to any one in the area that is looking for a new home.
