Champions Gate Dentistry

This was the absolute BEST dental experience I've encountered. From the moment I walked in the door (and I was 5 mins late) the staff introduced themselves to me and welcomed me as if I were a valued customer and not just another appt. This type of atmosphere is greatly appreciated. There was constant communication amongst the staff as far as my treatment plan, appts, and concerns. This is my family's new dental home. Thanks for the comfort.

My family was a patient of this practice. We are no longer because they have a very bad billing practice. They will charge you for services that insurance won't covered and won't bothered to notify the patient. If you dare to call, they will make no excuse for it. In addition, if you are owed a refund, the practice will keep the money and not even bothered to notify its patients. Not recommended unless you want to be over charged.

It's refreshing to visit a dental office that doesn't feel or look like a traditional dental office...and I've visited quite a few in my 60+ years of dental care. The staff was warm and welcoming and the waiting area is nicely designed and relaxing. I was really impressed with Jonathan the hygienist and Dr. Potter who both treated me during my visit. I felt like Dr. Potter really had my best interests in mind to provide personalized care rather than just having a "get the job done" mentality. I liked it so much here that I think I've found a new dental home even though I don't live in the area full time.

Because of Covid-19, I was so scared to go in to have a problem tooth looked at. Everyone was wearing a mask and so mindful of this problem. I couldn't have felt more comfortable. Thank you Dr. for making my visit to your office so tolerable. I would definitely recommend this dental office to anyone in need of an excellent dentist. All staff were extremely courteous and so helpful.

Dr. Dirawi at Champions Gate Dentistry is definitely a dentist I would recommend to anyone that is looking for a dentist that would treat your dental plan like it’s for a member of his family! At least this is how I felt. He made sure I understood what and why he was suggesting my plan. I appreciate the sincere suggestion for my dental plan.

This was my first visit to Champions Gate Dentistry and I was coming in for a toothache. I had told them on the phone when making the appointment that due to a past experience I get very bad anxiety any time I have to go to the dentist. The entire office from check in to check out was very kind and made sure that I felt calm and comfortable. Dr. Acosta was wonderful and made sure that my treatment plan for my toothache would not be another traumatic experience. I will definitely be going back for all my dental needs!!

While I never enjoy getting my teeth cleaned, I appreciate when it’s done properly, and Maria did an excellent job with minimum discomfort to me. Dr. Hakimian was thorough in his explanations and recommendations for maintaining my periodontal teeth. I was seen promptly, everyone was courteous, and Covid19 safety measures were practiced.
If you’re looking for a dentist office that doesn’t immediately recommend expensive treatments with a staff that treats you like a person instead of a number, I urge you to try Champions Gate Dentistry (CGD). This is the third dentist I’ve used since my move to Florida and the third time is my charm. Thank you CGD, I finally found my dental home!
