Dr. Hakimian is a great dentist! He explained everything and was gentle and caring during the treatment. The staff is very competent, friendly, and efficient. I had the opportunity to be seen by different hygienist such as Jonathan, Maria, Carmen and Cristina and all of them were amazing! The office is clean and follows all safety protocols. Receptionists were all very sweet and caring. Highly recommend!

I went today to this office complaining of tooth pain. I was very nervous (I don’t like dentists)and I explained that to Carmen, Dr Sam’s assistant, she took the time to listen to me and was able to fix the problem and make me feel better. I’m looking forward to seeing her again next time. Carmen thank you 🙏 you are THE BEST!!!!!

I love this dental clinic. My whole family receives dental care at Champions Gate Dentistry, and we have ZERO complaints. All of the staff are always so friendly and professional. Jonathan and Marie are the best! There is a genuine concern for the dental health of the patients here. The waiting area and treatment rooms are always very clean and comfortable.

Waste of time and a day out of school for my son. It was not until the dentist walked in the room did he tell me he does not work Invisalign on children. I set up a consultation for my 14 year old son... Did they not know this ahead of time. He would not take the case and now I missed a day at work and my son at school. Original appointment was set for 5:40 and they had called me with multiple openings in the AM so I was able to get him seen sooner. I would not have waisted PTO or my son being out of school. Front office had all our information they had his DOB did they not know this doctor does not see minors... Very upset they wasted my time and they could not tell me of a dentist that did see children. The nurse had the nerve to then tell me well we could see you as your dentist. Why would I they did not handle our situation well and they are out of network with my insurance....

The staff at this dental office are excellent. Accommodating and efficient. If like myself, new to the area, I highly recommend that you give them a call.

Can’t even give a review of the practice itself. I had originally booked an appointment at the beginning of May but they called to tell me my hygienist would be out of town. I asked to reschedule and they said they didn’t have availability until July 8th. I get a call today, a little over a week before my rescheduled appointment saying the same thing. My hygienist is going to be out of town and I need to reschedule. Not a chance. Going to a different dentist.

I made an appointment back in September 2021 and was told I needed to reschedule because they couldn’t guarantee to do the full exam and cleaning at that time. So I moved it to November 24th, day before thanksgiving. I did this with a live person on the phone. I get a call that same week in November and they said the dentist decided to change his hours so I needed to reschedule. I took off of work for that appointment too. I rescheduled to December 6th and I was guaranteed that it would be the full exam and cleaning. I just received a call that it will not be the full exam and need to schedule that for 2022. When I told this woman that someone else there told me it was everything she accused me of lying and told me I spoke to an answering service and not a person. That is a lie! I spoke with a live person everytime. I was never even a patient with this place and never want to be. They are run so terribly and the staff is a nasty group of people. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Doctors are awesome the staff just overall excellent place.
Paula specially is so wonderful she been cleaning my teeth going on 3 years now and she does great job. Always check make sure my 🦷 is healthy nothing wrong and definitely makes me smile more to show out my teeth 😀😀😀.

We feel scammed. We gave them our insurance information back in november of last year so they could check if all procedures were covered. I had excellent dentist coverage through my job. They came back to me and my husband (on separate occasions) saying most things were covered, my husband had to pay for something and he did so in office, when he left everything was $0 balance. Months later we received a bill at home saying we owed roughly $200 dollars. I called to see what this was about, but they said they couldn't discuss it with me, so my husband called. He spoke to someone and they said, in two separate occasions that they would recheck and if he didn't receive a call back, to not worry about it, it was taken care of. Well, we never received another call, so we assumed everything was ok. It's now June and we received a letter from a debt collector on behalf of Championsgate dentistry. How can someone send something to collections and play with people's livelihoods like this? without any regard for what that may do to their credit without even attempting to rectify the situation directly with the patient. I will never go there again. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Looking at other peoples reviews, it seems this is just a scam they pull on patients.

After having a terrible dentist experience, I had a lot of anxiety going to another dentist. All the staff, from the receptionist to the doctor, all took the time to hear my story of why I was so fearful and did everything they could to make sure I had nothing but a positive experience. Nothing was pushed on me and they let me speak to what I wanted based on my insurance coverage. After discussing a night guard (not a covered benefit) to help with my teeth clenching, they allowed me to engage in a payment plan to get this service. Thank you to all of you for making me feel safe and comfortable!
