Nona Dentists and Orthodontics

I work at Disney and I am expected to give magical above and beyond service...I am always disappointed until I got to find these amazing people. Dr. Chao and Jeanette are unbelievably wondeful. No one likes dental work but their response in any situation is nothing short of magical. That is whether you are having an emergency or not. Which my husband and I have had both. Their timeliness and availability are outstanding! They can do crowns and root canals without leaving the building! Last but not least the rest of the staff are friendly and the utmost professional which these days are rare and hard to find! I actually am comfortable and way less anxious since finding these incredible people! Thank you for all your hard work!

Dr. Krishna was very understanding and Professional, I had left so many dentists because a lot of them don't care about patients they would constantly sell you products and would push you to undergo procedures you don't even need. Dr Krishna gave me all the options for me to save, Truly a caring and humble Dentist.

Credit where credit is due. This place is excellent. I haven't been to the dentist in 3 years. I called for an appointment in the morning, had the appointment that very same afternoon, they xrayed my teeth, did a check up, and did a cleaning. I'm pretty much good now, and will be returning every 6 months to this place.

If you have kids make sure not to bring them! Super rude and the office manager snapped her neck at me to let me know it was a safety issue to not have kids with me. This apparently is not a new policy. If it was I would have made arrangements. Nothing was said when I made the appointment. Nothing. They cancelled my appointment and told me I could reschedule another day. It wouldn’t have been so bad if the office manager didn’t continue to snap her neck at me and make it out like it’s my fault that I brought my daughter with me.

I have been a patient at Nona Dentist for over 5 years, when I first moved to Florida. They were a brand new office that was close by so I thought I’d give it a try. They are totally outstanding and really give you the best care. Dr. Nam has been very attentive to me from day one. I was just there today for a very painful tooth problem. Dr. Nam told me to come right in, the oral surgeon, Bianca Newman and her assistant Caleb saw how much pain I was in and made me feel at ease. They played my favorite music (ELVIS), which helped even more. When I left the chair the pain was GONE. They have special cleaning dentist, mine is Yelena Kuyava. Another outstanding person, I feel like she is a family member. You 5 stars are just not enough for all of them. If you have a fear of dentist, have no hesitation they have all the most updated equipment which does not include any PAIN 👍🏻Go for it🦷💞

Non sense with all the good reviews I see here I called this morning to let them know I am a new patient , then they said I was going to be seen 3:30 because this is the time that they see new patients. I will quote what the front office sweet heart voice tiny girl said to me : "this is not a hair cut this is a medical evaluation this takes time". So thanks for that I am taking my time to write this down .

I have a huge fear of dentists and my experience was so comfortable and thorough. The staff there is amazing. My dental care was fantastic. I have never had a better dental cleaning in my life.

The service at this location is top class. All the staff was friendly and super professional. Dr. Chao and Claudia took good care of me. Definitely would recommend to everyone. This is my go to spot from now on. Thanks to all of the staff here

Excellent service. Very caring, explained all procedures as they where working. You receive an exceptional customer service from the moment you walk in the door. Gave me several options to choose whatever fits better with my budget.

This used to be a good place but I will never go again. Made an appointment for a routine cleaning and it took weeks to finally get in. I arrived 20 minutes early and still had to wait 20 minutes past my appointment time before they called me. Then I was told that they couldn't do the cleaning unless I got the periodontal disease procedure done first (I was told a year prior that I may have early onset periodontal disease and they RECOMMENDED this procedure that cost hundreds of dollars). Not once did they say this was a requirement in order to receive future dental care. Waste of my time and terrible communication on their part. There are hundreds of other dental offices in the area, I recommend any where else but here. Also, they need to vacuum the floors and wipe down the surfaces in the waiting area...so dirty!
