Nona Dentists and Orthodontics

I’m giving one star due to the lack of professionalism, and organization from this particular dental group. They did not inform me on charges beforehand. I was giving an OPTION to do a deep clean the first time I came…so I agreed to do it and paid the extra fee. However, I was never told that if you accept the deep cleaning option you will be charged a copay for future maintenance cleanings (which is normally covered at no cost with my insurance). Very sneaky and not trustworthy. Will not recommend this particular dental group.

My wife Kathy and I have been a patient for a couple of months now, new to the area. Dr. Chau and her assistant Jeanrette have been taking very good care of me. A suitable treatment plan and payment schedule was worked out and I was very pleased with the professionalism and caring that I have been given. This is the best dental office I have been to and will continue to be a patient for life. A special THANK YOU to Dr. Chau and Jeanrette for keeping me on track and with a healthy mouth. I definitely recommend this Dental practice.

I haven’t been to the dentists in years, mainly because of an irrational fear since I was younger but the staff here were so welcoming and kind right off the bat. Dr. Hien Chao is extremely knowledgeable and explains my ongoing dental treatment plan step by step. Kendra the office manager is an all star who handles all my concerns dealing with the dreaded insurance company. Last but not least hygienist Yelena Kuyava is an angel whose calm demeanor and gentle hands makes my quarterly cleanings something I look forward too.
All in all I must give a huge shout out to the Nona Dentists and Orthodontics staff. 15/10

Affordable, Amazing quality, efficient, this dentistry is great. The young Asian receptionist was very helpful with all the questions I had, and Rina the hygienist was amazing at her job, she was very nice to talk to, and she is incredibly knowledgeable

Best experience EVER! All I have to say is “Wow” the receptionist, Dr. Mina, her assistant (Jenette ) and the hygienist Theresa were so gentle, caring and very professional, thank you again , you guys are AMAZING! What a great team!

Dr. Krishna Dipnarine and Gilma worked on my temporary and permanent crown today and both procedures went very smooth! Both are very diligent, detail oriented, and ensured I was completely satisfied with the end product.

Dr. Mina was amazing and made me really comfortable, she is very experience and knowledgeable in her field. Her Asst. Nacharie was very friendly and made the experience easy and fast.

Yelena Kuyava not only did an awesome job cleaning my teeth, I asked many questions, due to finding out I have periodontal disease. She was kind and informative. And this was back at the end of December 2021, just had to make sure she was recognized, thank you Yelena. The place is very clean and everyone is very friendly and professional.

This place is a disaster when it comes to customer service, I had an appointment on Thursday and they'd never did mention I couldn't take my daughter with me. This woman tells me I am not allowed to bring my daughter with me because of covid and that I needed to reschedule. WHAT?? SO IF YOU HAVE NO WHERE TO LEAVE YOUR KIDS DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.
I mean they'd should've sent an email day's prior to the appointment so that I could be prepare.

Rina Landaeta, Hygienist, takes care of my parents and my dental maintenance and very educative on your dental hygiene. She goes above and beyond to make sure you oral hygiene is in top shape. From teaching you how to floss to using paste catered your dental hygiene. She is the BEST 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
