Nona Dentists and Orthodontics

I recently visited Nona Dentists and was extremely happy with my visit. I did have a slight hiccup with the scheduling process, but it was resolved and I was seen the next day. Every one I encountered was so friendly, almost too friendly. (But I'm not complaining!) I was seen on time and did not have to wait in the waiting room past my appointment time. Paperwork is done online before arrival and the check in process was very fast. Their facility is brand new and everything is extremely sterile and clean, and the equipment is top notch. You have your own private room which is great and everyone really takes the time to get to know you, your wants, and your needs. The whole process of X Rays and cleaning took exactly an hour and a half which is a little long, and I felt the cleaning could have been completed faster, but I'm still happy with the results. This is the FIRST dentist I have visited that did not try to sell me on "extras" or convince me that I have "several tiny cavities" that need to be filled for preventative measures. Cavity free and I'll be returning in 6 months.

Love my dental hygienist, Rina Landaeta, she is very professional, caring, dedicated and the BEST. Highly recommended.

Wow, I was super nervous going in to the dentist, but because of these amazing doctors, they helped heal not just my messed up teeth but significant mental scars. Can’t say thank you enough!

She mentioned that Dr Nang and the dental assistants Mercedes and Rina took excellent care of her, the staff was very professional and friendly, the best part was that they were able to take her as new patience within a week of the first call, and they took care of her chipped tooth on her first appointment and the price was just right! Loved this place and now she will be coming back for all her future treatments and cleanings! Thank you.

I got a cleaning and X-rays for a very cheap price, but the cleaning was quick and felt very superficial. Also, I was told I had several cavities and after getting a second and third opinion, no cavities were found. Although they were very professional, I am skeptical about their honesty with their patients.

I'm terrified of dentists but after a broken tooth had me in a lot of pain they took care of me same day, maybe just maybe the dentist isn't so bad. The staff was great, took care of me in a prompt manner and Dr. Sung Nam did a great job easing my fear and got me through an extraction with NO Pain! I highly recommend Nona Dentists , they know what they're doing.

I called Nona Dentist as I needed some work done on a broken molar. Andrea that assisted me when I first called was amazing and extremely friendly. I asked to be called if there was a cancellation as my appointment was schedule for 2 weeks from today. Not even 30 mins when by and Sherri called me that since I was experiencing pain they could see me on Saturday which I took the appointment. Not another 30 mins passed and Sherri called me again to tell me she had a cancellation for a new patient and if I could make it in by 5pm. As soon as I walked into the office Sherri was there and was extremely friendly and so was Gigi. I didn’t have to wait long before I was called back by Dr. Nam. Dr. Nam explained what needed to be done and gave me several options to choose from. His assistant (which I totally forgot her name) was very understanding made me feel comfortable and made sure I was well taken care of throughout the whole process. Sherri then explained the financial part of it as well very thoroughly and as well gave me several options as well. The staff is extremely patient, friendly and caring. I would recommend Nona Dentist & Dr. Nam to anyone. Thank you for taking the time to treat me on so short notice.

We will NOT be giing back here. First off, you cant get through to anyone on the phone. Phone rings and rings and the voicemail always answers to leave a message. They tell you to call and confirm your appt but when you do, you cant get through to anyone!
The lady that was seeing treating my 6 year old made my daughter cry. She raised her voice a lot and was very aggressive in her tone. Not a proper way to speak to children!! It made my daughter and myself very nervous. Going to the dentist is nerve wracking enough without a rude, yelller raising her voice ay my daughter.
The last time we came, the dental hygeniest said that my daughter will have a proper cleaning and laughing gas would be given so that my daughter calmed down. To my surprise, no gas was given and the same lady that yelled at my daughter when taking her x-rays was now cleaning her teeth and speaking of how ‘bad’ her bottom teeth her —-in front of my daughter!! Saying that her gums are full of blood! Who says the word ‘blood’ in front of children?! I was appalled and irrate!! VERY bad experience at this office and we will NOT be back.
Oh! Forgot to mention that her teeth are exactly the same as before. No proper cleaning was done and and still has tartar in her bottom teerh. Not only was this a waste of time but now my daughter is more scared than ever to go to the dentist—thanks to this wonderful place!
