Nona Dentists and Orthodontics

This is not your traditional dentist office. My experience this far has been life changing. When I first arrived, I was nervous. Never a fan of the dentist, I was expecting the bad dentist smells, the high prices and the poor customer experiences that I've been accustomed to.

But at Nona Dentists, the receptionists warmly welcomed me into a new, better experience. Everyone was so nice, helpful and made me feel like they genuinely cared. The dentist was very well experienced and a pleasure working with. Everything, besides a few random boxes laying around in the room I was in, was clean and hygienic. And the dentist smell didn't exist. Everything during the process was painless and made my decisions easy. They understood my concerns and didn't sell me on anything. I felt like I had a choice and it made the difference.

The best part, it took 1 appointment to get immediate results and they were spectacular!

On my way out, the staff made me feel extra special, gushing over the results and wish me well as I left. The customer service was phenomenal and made the experience worth my time and money.

These guys a con artists. I went to them for a basic cleaning. They did good job the first visit. Came back a second visit and it changed from there. They told me I must have a deep cleaning. If I chose not to, I'd have to find a new dentist. Also said I have TMJ. I've been going to the dentist every six months since I've been a kid. Nothing wrong with my chicklets or jaw. The deep cleaning would of been two visit for over $1,000. I checked with my insurance and a Dentist cannot make that demand. I fired them. If your considering Nona Dentist....go somewhere else.

I’m usually kinda nervous about going to a dentist, but Dr.Nam and his staff made me feel so comfortable the entire visit. They are very friendly, professional and very very efficient and accommodating. I got confused with my appointment time and came in a couple hours early for my appointment but they still took me in right away. No wait time whatsoever except when I had to do my paper work. Incredible office, I would definitely recommend.

I had such a positive experience at Nona Dentists. The staff were tremendously caring, attentive, and friendly, and the facilities were outstandingly clean and modern. I can't believe I went in and had a full exam, thorough cleaning, and an unexpected dental procedure all in one visit. Easily the best trip to the dentist I've ever had.

The dentist here is an honest man. I went to a dentist prior to this one, and he said I had 10 cavities, and I thought that sounded weird bc I did not have any at my last appointment, so I go to this dentist and lo and behold, I have zero cavities. It is nice to find a dentist you can trust because some dentists charge you for work you don’t even need. They also accept delta insurance if that helps anyone:) Overall a good experience. They were quick and on time with appointments. Staff is very friendly.

Only my second visit but probably my last. Seemed very unorganized. I was placed in the chair and drapped with the napkin by one girl and then was left sitting there idle for about 35 mins. Then the doctor came in and talked to me longer about the hot weather than about my teeth... Seriously, she was in my mouth for about 15 secs.. She was followed by a third girl, claiming that she'd just burned her hand, said she was going to polish my teeth BEFORE the cleaning!! I told her no thanks. The fourth was the hygienist and she advised me that fluoride was going to be $25 extra and I told her no thanks. I'll find another, more professional and organized dentist.

Haven’t been to the dentists for a while and I’m so glad I chose this place. Nice, clean and amazing staff. Thank you Dr. Nam for taking me in as a new patient and Francheska for helping me with financing options (this is a plus). Excellent experience! Bringing my family for sure!

100% wonderful experience from the staff Kendra, Anthony and Savanah, to the dental assistant Jeanette, hygienist Teresa and of course the attention, care and professionalism of Dr. Chao. I am so glad to find this dental practice for me and my family.
