Nona Dentists and Orthodontics

I had an amazing experience! Dr. Nam and Janira were absolutely amazing. I am usually scared of the dentist but they made me feel perfectly safe. I am definitely looking forward to coming back and seeing Dr. Nam and Janira again!

UPDATE: The office manager called me this morning to say they moved things around and can accommodate my appointment today, which I appreciate. It was a good rebound on their part so I'm adding a star. I'll finish my review after the appointment.

Original: This is my first ever negative review. Ordinarily, I just let go and move on, but I want my opinion heard this time. As a new patient, I called Nona Dentists and Orthodontics on October 29th to schedule an annual cleaning. I was told I needed to have a routine examination first, including x-rays. Ok, fine. Probably a good idea just for safety. I was then told in order to do both the exam and cleaning, the first available appointment was 3 1/2 weeks later on November 24th. (Frustrated sigh.) Ok, not ideal. But I'll wait. So I booked it figuring at least I'll have clean teeth for Thanksgiving. Three weeks later, I get a voicemail three days before my appointment. I called the next business day and was told they have no record of my appointment. So I asked how they knew to call me about it and leave a voicemail. I was put on hold for 10-minutes and when the staff person returned, I was told there was no hygienist scheduled for Tuesday and asked if I could come in on Saturday, but only for the exam. I would need to come back another day for the cleaning. I said, that's not what we had previously agreed to. But was told, "Sorry, that's the best we can do." So, I said thank you, I'll go somewhere else" and hung up the phone. I called back a few minutes later to express my frustration to the office manager and spent 20-minutes in the phone queue on hold. So I hung up again and decided to express my frustration here, where hopefully thousands of people will see it. Bottom line if you want to run the risk of wasting nearly a month waiting for an appointment that never materializes, call Nona Dentists & Orthodontics.

I just went back to Nona Dentists for my second checkup with Dr. Nam. The entire staff was so friendly and seemed to truly love what they do. My teeth feel so clean! Thanks for making going to the dentist so easy. See you in another 6 months.

Long overdue review. I’ve been a patient for over a year now and i can’t be more grateful for their outstanding service. I thank Dr. Nam and staff for taking care of me and helping me achieve my dental goals. Hi 5!

The staff is amazing and genuinely impact the environment at this office. My boss recommended this office and I'm very glad she did. I haven't had good experiences at the dentist office in over 20 years! Thank you so much for making me look forward to seeing the dentist.

Dr Nam is incredibly thorough and has a fun personality. I appreciate professionals that make you feel comfortable from beginning to end. The staff was also on point.

I need 4 wisdom teeth to be removed since 2 of them were impacted and to my surprise that it only took one week for me to recover completely even though my friend (recommended this place to me) took 2 &1/2 week to recover.
