Nona Dentists and Orthodontics

After a little over a year of being a patient at Nona Dentist, I am finally seeing results. My gums have improved incredibly. Thank you Giana for always receiving me when I arrive at the office and especially to my hygienist Mariel who has been key and has taken me by the hand in this process of recovery and maintenance of my gums. Mariel always goes the extra mile with me. The Arestin treatment has worked in a super effective way and I am really happy that I am finally seeing the results. A year ago I was terrified of going to the dentist but now I feel like I can't stop going :). Thank you!!!

I had a very pleasant visit today at Nona Dentist. Dr. Mina was very kind and made me feel confident, she explained everything about my treatment. Giana was excellent with the X-rays, she was caring and so gentle with her hands. I had the best deep cleaning with Gaby, she did an outstanding work, and Khris did awesome processing my insurance coverage and explaining the costs of my treatment. I am so grateful for my visit today and I will definitely will come with my family as well.

Deep Cleaning is obligated instead of a regular cleaning, if recommended. Just FYI for anyone who is form a different country and is not used to that. You don’t get to choose to have the regular one. This puts you in an uncomfortable position if you won’t want it for any reason, which forced me to do an annual check up at another dentist.

I highly recommend Nona Dentists and Orthodontics! As a new patient, I was nervous about going somewhere new and the potential work that would need to be done. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and kindness in getting the process started. I didn't get to catch her name but the technician who did my x-rays and helped Dr. Kris with my procedure, was incredible! She was so kind and explained every step of the appointment and genuinely expressed her happiness with my outcome which made me feel like patients truly matter. Dr. Kris and Rina, the dental hygienist, are absolutely amazing. Both of them were so attentive to my feelings and comfort level that I was rarely in any discomfort at all. Dr. Kris took the time to explain my treatment plan and answer every question I had as my nerves set in. Rina explained everything she was doing, the cause of common dental needs, and kept me at ease the entire time. Leaving my appointment I was so disappointed that I didn't come to them sooner. I truly look forward to going back to them again!

I visited Nona Dentists today for my check up. I saw Dr Nam , Sabrina & Ashley. Ashley took my X-rays and explained to me throughout what she was doing and looking for (very comfortable). I then saw Dr Nam who did my oral exam. Dr Nam offered me same day treatment. I completed my treatment the same day. When I received the anesthetic Sabrina distracted me by tapping on my shoulder (it was the most reassuring aspect!) I did not feel the shot Dr Nam gave me and my treatment was very seamless! I received my fillings and cleaning in the same visit! Everyone was very friendly & the office was extremely clean! The front desk ladies were so kind also! I highly recommend this office and will definitely be back in 6 months!

I don't usually make time to leave reviews, but I feel people need to know. I called this office, after speaking to every dentist in the Lake Nona/St. Cloud area. I was experiencing pain after not tending to a bad tooth right away:(. The Front Desk rep. was so welcoming and scheduled me in right away!
Walking in to the clean relaxed office, was an even better experience. You know that the staff truly care about resolving your dental and periodontal needs. They are not out to charge you for every little thing. The bill is clear, reasonable and they take most insurances!! The technology is top of the line. Staff are evidently happy at work and Dr. Nam and Dr. Newman (and their teams) are the best I've ever opened my mouth for😮🥰. My family will never go anywhere else!! In our area, there is a dentist on every block, but my search is over.
I had surgery in two areas that day and only felt very slight injection tinges. They know their stuff here 👍🏼🦷 and it's so clear they all love what they do🥰.
PS: The music selections were fantastic too🎶. I sang through the entire thing!

I had an amazing experience here at Nona Dentists and Orthodontics. The staff was very polite and well informed. They walked me through my insurance coverages and made sure I was aware of my options for payment. Dr. Chao was very professional and did an amazing job at making me comfortable. Jeanette was great and getting my X-rays done and assisting Dr. Chao. Last but not least, Rina was my hygienist. She was very personable and made me feel at ease the entire visit. Her knowledge and care was fantastic, so much so I made an appointment for my wife. 5 star rating all day long for the wonderful crew here in Lake Nona.

I’ve been going to Nona Dentists for a few years now. The office is very nice and all of the staff is professional and friendly.

My hygienist, Yelena, is the best! She makes me feel comfortable and at ease. When she cleans my teeth she is gentle but thorough. I’ve never had to wait because she was running behind schedule. She answers all of my questions and takes any concerns I have seriously.

In the past, when something has come up, they have always been able to work me into their schedule. I highly recommend Nona Dentists.

Everyone is this office is so kind and very welcoming. Theresa did my cleaning and was excellent with her care and future instructions. Jeannette took amazing care of me and made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. Dr.Kris also worked with me and he was very nice and took great care while I was there. I would highly recommend anyone come to Nona Dentist and Orthodontics for their dental care. They are the best office I’ve been to!

This is my first visit to Nona Dentists. The office is very nice, new equipment and clean.

My doctor, Dr Mina Ihsan is very professional and very thorough as she dedicated her time and explain to me in details what is required for my teeth and put a prioritized plan to do it.

Ive lived in several different cities and visited multiple dentists in my day, but this is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. I recently moved to the lake Nona area and had chipped my tooth over the weekend and needed to make an appointment as soon as possible. The receptionist worked with me to find a good time and was very attentive on the phone. I arrived and was taken back a little later than expected as they were very busy, but the assistant Janira was very apologetic and sincere the entire time. I had X-rays and gum measuring done. Dr. Mina Ihsan was outstanding as she took care of my fillings and also removed the calcium stains on my teeth. Every other dentist I have been to has always told me these stains would always be permanent. Now, my smile looks even great. Every single person I interacted with Elena, Janira, Dr Mina and the receptionists were extremely nice and helpful. I have already recommended this dentist and will continue to do so.
