Was running a little late due to an emergency and as soon as we walked in the door it was very publicly announced for all to hear that because we were late no matter the reason we would be charged $100. So unprofessional to treat people this way. Not to mention that when you go in for your appointment you have to sit and wait past the time you scheduled the appointment for. So do we charge the Dentist $100 because they are running behind? We highly do not recommend this dentist.

Extremely disappointing. The first time I called to schedule a regular cleaning I was told that I would receive a call back and never received a phone call. So then I thought, even though I was frustrated, let's give it another shot and made an appointment. However the day of my appointment, I arrived in the office and they said that my appointment is scheduled for the following week. Now after reading the other reviews my feelings of disappointment are justified. Especially with the fact that they cannot do the cleaning and x-rays all in your initial visit and that it has to be broken into two appointments...that should've been a red flag right there. If anything, I feel like I dodged a bullet.
