It was a great experience, but I will not be returning. When I scheduled the appointment I asked the front desk if they were in network with my dental plan. They said yes and then while I am there and they're telling me the price of the work I need, but with the coverage I have it should be covered at 100%. I have to go where I pay nothing rather than $1043.00.

Horrible service, made an appointment online , never got a confirmation. I showed up for the appointment and the front desk clerk (Hailey) said I didn’t have an appointment. Hailey had an attitude and seemed like she didn’t want to be there. She lied to me because I called to inform I was running late for the appointment and she said I spoke to the corporate office. I called back that same number and she was the one that answered. The online appointment process is garbage. Hailey couldn’t fit us in that day. Sage dental lost my business and I will never refer anyone there again. Anyways they try to charge you the most with or without insurance.

DrAlvarez is awesome! He talks to you like a normal person and explains everything in a way that's easy to understand. I just started going to this office and it was a great choice - super convienant, clean, awesome staff that is happy and helpful. I plan to stick with this office as long as possible; the staff has the patients best interest in mind and take great care of their patients!

Sakiya the office manager is the best, changing appointment times at last minute due to traffic or emergencies are hassle free .the doctor there is funny and makes u feel at ease along with the employees as if your family.
