I called in first thing Monday morning because i had a crown that was done at my previous dentist break over the weekend. They told me to come right in and they took care of me as soon as I walked into the office. So grateful for their prompt service and professionalism from everyone there.

Set an appointment but was there for over 2 hours then asked to reschedule because they had too many appointments to take care of my cleaning. I scheduled the first visit for my cleaning and didn’t want to take more time off work.

Quoted me $500 for a cleaning - with in-network insurance. That’s after taking an hour and a half for x-rays. Fantastic waste of time.

They insist on two separate visits to get 1 cavity fixed. Simply doesn't make sense. I'm very sure I can find a dentist who respects time enough not to make their patient have to make two separate visits for a simple cavity. X-rays, fill cavity ... I've done it before as a new patient in many other dentists. "Rules" shouldn't trump common sense and courtesy. Thank you no thank you

If I could give this Dental place less than 1 star I would, I started the process of getting dentures 13 months ago, paid for the healing denture in Aug 2021...went in for the molds in Sept...my teeth have been bothering me alot lately so I finally called, turns out they have not sent any of the wax molds off to be permanently made!!! Now I have trouble eating one tooth broke to a point and I had to use a fingernail file to file it down to keep it from poking my tongue. Now that I have called they are saying it will be another month to see the surgeon..over the last year everytime I called or tried to communicate I was ignored or excuses were made..I have had nothing but a bad experience with this dental office..I have also tried several times to communicate with patient services and no one responds to my messages so I gave up..

Honestly, I was so scared for my procedure, but they did such a phenomenal job and it didn’t hurt. I suggest headphones, dark sunglasses, and just let them get it done quick. Painless during, but a total (@?f&!/“) after. Lol. Great staff!
