Sage Dental of Downtown Orlando

Excruciatingly painful. Horrific brutally tortuous. I went in to have teeth removed after waiting a week, I was told my insurance would only okay two for removal even though as I write this the third cavity is aching. Apparently Dr.Trevisani(?) was scheduled with way more patients than any normal dentist should have been at the same time and performed my extraction with all due haste. I could feel EVERYTHING. My jaw was being contorted to the point to where I could feel my skull resisting. For twelve hours after the operation I was suffering and downing pain pills like candy. Although I'm only slightly sore now that was one of the most horrendous experiences ever. This was 2 days ago. I have yet to receive a follow up email or text from the office. The only redeeming factor is the entire staff was cordial and professional.

Dr. Jonathan Alvarez is amazing. So professional, knowledgeable and caring. He really knows what he is doing.

My experience with Sage dental has been incredible. I have lived in Florida for close to three years now and I have bounced from dentist to dentist trying to find one that would not only fit my budget and hectic schedule, but also my personality. Sage dental's staff were all incredibly nice and very knowledgeable, Dr. Alvarez was not only thorough and experienced but also very personable. I can not complain about the service or price (Just my opinion, but Anna I don't think its a good idea to recommend people go to Mexico to get their teeth cleaned. If you think $400-500 is too much for your cleaning, then Im going to assume that the price for a plane ticket, appointment, and charges in Mexico are going to be astronomical compared to that of the downtown location fees.)

I highly recommend the downtown office. Its brand new, everything is clean, and the staff is awesome. They are my new go to for dentistry. Thank you Dr. Alvarez. Now if I could only find a primary care physician...

I had been to other dentist for my children but once I was referred to Sage Dental Downtown Orlando, I could finally rest easy. The Office Manager Sakiya H. was AWESOME!! She helped me understand my children’s dental plan and payments, she also helped my kids. She helped my children understand their dental concerns and the importance of flossing. Sage Dental Downtown Orlando - Dr. Shan and Dr. Alvarez made my kids feel comfortable and having them smiling again. Thanks Sage 😁

I've needed Dental services for a while. I was referred to this office by my insurance.
I found everyone very professional and personable. Gentle and I had Deep Cleaning which I hate. My teeth,what I have of them, Lolloudly are sparkling and NO PAIN AT ALL!!! Dr. Alvarez and all the staff are so nice they are Sweet as Honey. Let me invite YOU to come to SAGE DENTAL, Downtown. Very nice atmosphere and right across the street from Lake Eola park and amphitheatre. Gr8 Eateries and Publix too!!!

I booked a cleaning several weeks in advance. I informed them at that time that my insurance had changed and gave them the new information. They assured me that they accepted that insurance and that it would not be a problem. I received notices from them confirming the appointment. I took time off work and when I arrived they informed me they did not accept my insurance. A major and preventable inconvenience.

My hygienist was very nice and did a thorough job. I love getting my teeth cleaned. But they truly make it so easy to get in and out. No bs sales pitches like most dentists. You walk out knowing what your bill is because it’s all prepaid.

this place is the most unprofessional place of all time! I have made my appointment twice and it’s been canceled the same day by the doctor. Every time my appointment is cancel they say that they got an emergency And I understand that everybody has emergencies but having an emergency two hours prior my appointment twice is unacceptable. It’s just seems like they don’t want to actually work. Do not get any appointment at this location!!!

Terrible. The one star is for the staff because they are pleasant. The 0 stars is for service. I get my teeth cleaned every 6 months- and decided to try this since it was near. The dental hygienist and dentist exaggerated their findings and tried to talk me into all kinds of out of pocket expenses that are not covered by insurance. If you want to feel like you’re dealing with used a car salesman, go here.

I thank God that I chose to go to sage dental downtown I was truly scared at first but everybody there was patient with me and the handsome Dr. Elmore was more than I can find a word to describe. he was a miracle for me . Hey the one who take care of the paper work was blessing to me she calm me down and brought me water. Everybody should visit here you will make this office a place of home dental services for you and family. May God continue to keep them in the love the share with others.
